Everything was good except only right thing.

the room was cold so that we couldn't get in sleep well. (Early May)

All u need is there. Easy location, don't expect any beyond a budget location.

Bit noisy, bring earplugs...they always help!

Location great, right by sea and 10 min walk to town. We had top floor sea view was fabulous (shamed it rained all day but hey ho thats April for you)

The rain all day, also as it was not really season a lot of the restaurants and bars were not fully open and were still finishing painting ready for the season, would wait couple more weeks next time before i come back

Nice good sized apartment, right next to beach but not much going on around the area. Taxi cost approx 25 euros to Sant Antoniou and approx 15-20 euros from airport

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The apartments were perfect for our trip and well located. Would certainly recommend to anyone wishing to be both close to Ibiza town and yet on the beach.

Not that we were too bothered but the TV system reception was very poor and there were no English channels available whatsoever.

The view was beyond description. Room was also cozy. Wifi worked ok.

Quite noisy during night. Any voice from balcony or swimming pool sounds like broadcasting.

Views over the beach and sea. Handy location for local restaurants.

Can be booked into Mar y playa 2 without realising this at time of booking. Mar y playa 2 has no air conditioning. My booking confirmation clearly stated Mar y Playa, which has air con in all rooms as I checked the facilities online. However you only get to stay in the Mar Y Playa if you book a superior room, otherwise you are in the Mar y playa 2. This should be much clearer in the booking info.

Beach location and close to ibiza old town.

Spacious and excellent location.

The apartment block is situated literally on the promenade, the room was incredible value and the facilities (pool, reception, wifi, gym are all well maintained).

There are two apartment blocks, the "normal" rooms are not by the sea, they are actually located one road back...so you have to cross the road and walk through the main lobby to get to the pool/beach, though this really isn't a big deal.

Nearby Ibiza city center, the airport and the beach and the shopping center.

Good location with basic room facilities.

Noise from pool area at night and early morning not helped by the design around the central courtyard creating a sound funnel. Also walls and floors not insulated thereby surrounding noise of walkways. We also note that according to the hotel website that there are no rooms available for 2013. Please advise.

Staff were very helpful in what to do on the island and how to get around. The appartments were reflect for a self catering holiday.
