It was harder to find since we got in really late. The guy that works there is so nice and helpful. The location is also great the beach strip is around the corner.

Bed not comfy but I'm very picky about that too. So I don't really have anything bad to say.

Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The bars, restaurants , makets and beach are just around the corner. Great value for the money

I stayed in one of the spacious attic studio's. Although warned that WiFi reception might be spotty, I had the best connection of my entire trip. There is good underground parking. Easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apt was cleaned daily. This is unusual for this type of accomodation. The furnishings are very adequate although dated and the kitchen was well equiped.

The drains were partially blocked so the shower and sinks were slow to drain. A bit hard to find. The Maria del Carmen is at the end of an unmarked street that is partially blocked by cars waiting to be serviced. The sign for the Apartmentos is not visible from the main road.

Everything, second time to stay here fantastic value for money.

The wifi was hardly working in the apartment.

It has got a perfect location to Malaga Airport, cc 20 min drive in the morning. It is a good choice for the last night stay before flying home. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are two streets with the same name and therefore it is hard to find, since the GPS navigates to the other street. (Otherwise it is fairly easy to find, next to a petrol station on the main road.) The double bed is rather small, but this seems to be the standard in other places is Spain.

informative and friendly welcome. Clean comfortable apartment with all required utensils and furnishings located in a quite area close to all amenities. Secure and shady apartment block. Very good value for money & cleaned daily.

We had the studio and the apartment was very nice, clean and at least comfortable. The beach is very close, about 3/5 min walk. The centre is at 20/25min walk, but there are also buses that pass several time every hour, and the bus stop is very very close. The buses for Malaga, Benalmadena or Fuengirola also pass from here. The staff was very helpful and polite, and the strumentation of the apartment was at least complete. We very enjoy the staying.

In the studio the wi-fi signal is weak, but if you move around the room you can find a little bit signal and connect on internet, so is a problem that can be solved. The first day there was a strange smell from the wc, but it disappeared in a few hours. The big supermarket is not so close and if you buy a lot of heavy things, the back way can be so tiring, but there are others mini supermarket close to the apartment.

Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, with very good english.

Apartments are good located, but very dark - we had to use artificial lighting all the day. Also there were big noise from ac in night and also from some construction works during days in neighborhood.

One of the best things about Apartamentos Maria Del Carmen is the staff, extreamly frienndly and helpful, the lady and man at reception were always willing to help and make us feel comfortable. The room was clean however if you wanted to stay in bed for longer sometimes the cleaner would leave without cleaning your room, apart from this the room was clean and the facilities were good, there is a basic gym with a sauna and the bathroom has shower gel, shampoo etc, the kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils and cutlery the only thing missing is a washing machine.The location is excellent, very close to the beach,

No washing machine and wi-fi does not work if you are staying on the top floor, the staff did provide us with a signal booster but this did not work and is too complicated to use.

The apparmat is on very good location, close to the beach. It's fully matching with provided description.

The walls are paper thin, so it is not possible to sleep because there.

Parking facilities...just awesome!

We stayed overnight, because we had early flight from Malaga airport. The location was good - walking distance to the center and to the beach and promenade. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom facilities.

The location of the rooms was very strange. No air conditioning. Window in the living room went out into a common corridor, and at night we heard people walking and opening their doors.. The view from the corridor windows into the car service wasn't nice. We have no patio in our apartment like it was described at the site.

Very comfortable one bedroom apartment located 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk, in a quiet area. Can't beat the value for the price.

Apartamento espectacular para el precio que tiene. Habitación y salón muy amplios. Con dos tv, una en el salón y otra en la habitación. Terraza ideal para comer y cenar allí. Personal muy amable y atento. Realizan la limpieza diaria si quieres, sin cobrarte más por ello. Tiene el parking justo debajo, muy cómodo. Internet funciona perfectamente y va rápido. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Foarte bun raportul pret/calitate; pozitionare foarte buna fata de plaja, camera spatioasa si bine dotata, pentru cei cu masini apartamentul are garaj la subsol si este gratis.

Sufrageria fara lumina naturala si cu un iluminat slab

Bastante cerca de la playa, amabilidad en la recepción, muy serviciales, todo bastante limpio. Muy cerca de la zona turística, compras, bares, chiringuitos....

Przywitał nas Dawid (pozdrawiam) bardzo sympatyczny I pomocny - opiekun obiektu. Apartamenty - rewelacja. Duży salon z aneksem kuchennym (mikrofala, sztuće, naczynia, lodówka, ekspres do kawy, toster I co najważniejsze korkociąg :-)). ładna I czysta łazienka z suszarką I ręcznikami + sypialnia z sypialni wyjście na własny taras (nieduży ale sympatyczny). Co ważne w podziemiach garaże dla gości. Nie trzeba się martwić o parking. A znalezienie miejsca na parkingach w Hiszpanii w sezonie to nie lada wyczyn. W budynku siłownia I sauna do dyspozycji. Do plaży dosłownie 5 minut pieszo. Apartamenty oddalone trochę od głównej drogi, więc cicho I przyjemnie. Około 30 metrów od apartamentów całodobowa stacja benzynowa z małym sklepem. śWieżo pieczone bagietki, mleko, ser, soki itd. Biorąc pod uwagę że w Hiszpanii sklepy otwierają się ok. 9 lub 10 potem siesta od 13 - 14 do 17 I zamykają około 20. Stacja była dla nas wybawieniem. Apartamenty naprawdę super za te pieniądze. Czysto, cicho I wygodnie.

Nous avons sejourné 20 jours en Espagne ,dans 7 différents hôtels. Maria del Carmen fut certainement la meilleure réception que nous avons eu. Le manager nous a donné. Toutes les info precises pour notre séjour. Meme les petits besoins personnels . Super.

La amplitud del apartamento, tal y como se ve en las fotografias publicadas. Tener aparcamiento gratis dentro es un lujo. Está muy cerca de la playa, y al lado de todas las tiendas y restaurantes, es muy tranquilo y tiene un patio donde los niños pueden jugar un ratito. El chico de recepción es estupendo.
