expensive for one bedroom apartment and no elevator. painful

A great boutique style apartment hotel. Some are located above the popular Mariano restaurant and the others are close by in an annex. Great design, central llocation, super bathrooms, kitchen, lovely balcony, and there is a cute a private lounge with a view on each roof!

Maid service cleaned well but did not always bring new towels when they took the old ones to change.

Location

When we checked in, the room wasn't clean, there were hair and body hair all over the bed and pillows. This is not a hotel actually, just some apartments managed by the bar down stairs, where no one is helpful, and the manager was NEVER there. We weren't well welcomed, and left waiting for 15 minutes while cheking in, just because the guy who was checking us in, was busy getting inside the bar all marchandises for the bar/restaurant. I have asked for an invoice every day, but every time i have been told that only the manager can deliver that. And the only 2 mniutes i was able to see him, he told me that the invoice was going to be sent by mail, which he didn't. After two weeks of trying to get an invoice, he have sent to me a word documents, with false informations, and no signature at all. I still haven't received a real invoice, as i need it to get my first night refunded by the airline, as there was a delay with my flight.

Location - in the City Centre of Eivissa (what means on the good side short ways, on the bad side some noise and no parking places at all)

Cleaniness.

We had an excellent welcome. The guy who checked us in ( I think his name was Salu) realized from her passport that it was my friends' birthday and gave us complementary cava and played happy birthday. It was a really nice start to our break. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. I have recommended the hotel to lots of friends since I returned. The location could not have been better and the value for money was excellent.

The cooking facilities were rather basic and the crockery not clean but there are so many cafes and bars nearby this didn't matter to us..

we had a stranger come into our room at 3 in the morning using a key that obviously opened our room, and we didnt give anybody our keys, so we dont know how that happened

Location.

Extremelly noisy and expensive for what you get. If you re lucky enough to have an apartment in the third floor, you might sleep a couple of hours. However, if you re in the first and second floor, better sleep on the beach or in your car because the noise coming from the restaurant and streets won t let you sleep. Bathrooms are tiny, no elevator nor breakfast. There are much better options in Ibiza than this one. Better waste 30min on internet and getting a better hotel.

The location was very central and our stay was very comfortable

Unfortunately the balcony turned out to be a 'juliette' balcony so couldn't sit outside (only standing space) but the roof terrace was fab!

Quirky, excellent location, clean,air con was amazing. Right in the centre of the old town. Couldn't be better of you are planning on a clubbing weekend. Water taxi takes you to beautiful beaches in a few mins.

No "reception" as such, it's via the bar. Nice staff tho.

Ibiza

The hotel was booked for early arrival. Does not have 24 hour desk. Does not answer phone. Left on street from 6am until manager decided to show up at 9. Stay anywhere else if you want service

Good location

There was no lift and the stairs were steep so very difficult for luggage.

Location is good. Very central in Ibiza town.

This time it was more disappointing. The apartment almost had no windows and it was very noisy so I couldn't get much sleep. I won;t go there again.

If your going to Ibiza for night clubs and ibiza town this place is perfect! The staff was much better this time. Very friendly and helpful! We got the rooftop room which is amazing. Highly recommended

We've stayed here twice and this time around one of the four ac units were not fixed and one of the light bulbs were out in the hallway. Caution there is a lot of stairs here, but that is in most places in Ibiza.

Centraal gelegen, alle ruimtes airco, gezamenlijk dakterras.

Molto carino ben arredato, situato in una posizione strategica, pulito ed accogliente.

Le porte dei servizi non rispettano molto la privacy.

L'ambiente è fresco perché rinnovato da poco..molto confortevole la camera 203 con doppio balcone!

...pensavo fosse un monolocale ma è una camera con una dispensa dentro l'armadio! Ps: la doccia è separata dal bagno...

La situation géographique est parfaite: studio situé à deux pas du port et de la vieille ville. Quartier vivant et agréable.Nous avons logé dans un studio au 3ème étage avec deux petits balcons, jolies vues sur la cathédrale illuminée le soir, et sur les rues du quartier. Et belle terrasse au dessus de l'immeuble. Un joli endroit bien situé et studio propre et lumineux, avec belle cabine de douche.

Petit coin cuisine basique du studio, avec mini frigo seulement. OK pour pique nique. Il faudrait juste en plus 1 casserole et 1 poêle. Mais tout est bien agencé et pratique.

Sicuramente il punto forte è la posizione! L'appartamento era pulito e l'accoglienza è stata pratica e veloce. Non ci hanno richiesto la caparra. Prodotti in bagno di buona qualità.

Il bagno cieco con porte a vetro in salotto (no privacy). Non ci hanno ripulito l'appartamento, per noi non è stato un problema perché abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti. Evitate di mangiare al ristorante sotto, è caro e di minor qualità rispetto a ciò che si può trovare in zona. Un rapporto: al Mariano un caffè al banco euro 2 altrove in centro un caffè al tavolo euro 1,40.

La ubicación está fenomenal.Y La habitación basica pero bien.

- El trato del personal es nulo.Te cobran nada más entrar y tu te subes las maletas y fin de relación. El dueño lleva un restaurante que está debajo de sus apartamentos y esa es su ocupación los apartamentos le dan igual. No te dan ni un plano ni una explicación minima te dicen que vayas a turismo. Fuimos un día al bar y por supuesto ni reconocernos, y por una coca cola cuatro euros. Y por otro lado si quieres un apartahotel esto es una habitación la cocina y nevera no llega ni a un metro cuadrado esta todo dentro de un mini armario. Y la mesa esta pegada a la cama así que es como una mesita de noche.
