Apartamentos Marina Port

I stayed in one of Apartamentos Marina Port from 30/7/2012 to 03/08/2012 with my family. The apartment is situated in the street named JJ Domine, 19. As soon as we arrived there a guy named Eugenio, one of employers, gave us the keys and took 250 Euros deposit from my credit card.(I did not know anything about this when I booked on Booking.com) ALMOST A MONTH PASSED AND I STILL DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. I wrote several mails and spend a lot of money on telephone calls from Sweden to Spain but still did not get any money. A girl who always answers on their phone number is Maria and she plays a ful saying that she does not know anything and that I should speak to Juan, main responsable. I did it, but again without any results. He said that their bank BBVC has problems, but I called the bank too and they say that it is not them who are presenting the problem, obviously. So, what is the problem?? and where is my money?? Turning back to the apartment in JJ Domine,19 I had to say that the conditions of the apartment destroyed our holiday! The conditions of the apartment are not even near to the pictures that you see on booking.com. It was dirty and it smelled literary like shit inside. Beds were destroyed and madrass on the beds smelled like urin. Toilets were dirty and smelly too. On the walls there were some shoe prints as someone tried to kill som insects, disgusting! Air Condition was not working and instead of plasma TV there was a silver old big TV with only one tv program to watch. And even if there were more programs I would never sit there to watch them becouse the nice green sofa that they show on the picture is completely dirty, smelly and destroyed. And to finish I have to say that I am not exaggerating, I took the pictures of all the apartment the first day when I was there and I have the prov on all this. It was really disgusting! And plus I need to worry if I will get my 250 Euro back....

alquilamos un apartamento de Apartamentos Marina Port y aun que el personal de la oficina nos aseguro que estan alli para todo lo que necesitamos en cuando tubimos un problema no nos lo solicionaron.Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que la llave del portal de edificio no vale,pedimos en el primer momento uno de los vecinos que nos abra y èl mismo nos comenta que no es la primera vez que esto pasa y que la empresa "Apartamentos Marina Port"ya lo sabe.Llamo la oficina y me dicen que van a buscar la otra pareja de llaves y alguien se va a acercar a dejarmelas.Despues de una espera de 2horas decidimos llamar otra vez y desde alli me dicen que para hoy es imposible y que ya mañana.Mi marido propone ir èl mismo a buscarla(aun que es una hora ir hasta el centro y volver)nos dicen que no,que ya nos llamaran ellos.Al fin estubimos alli un fin de semana entero y no nos volveron a llamar.Tubimos durante toda la estacia llamar los vecinos(algunas veces a las 12h de la noche)para que nos abran la puerta.Nos han estropeado el fin de semana y mi cumlpeaños personalmente.No voy a repetir

Excelente ubicación y casa limpia y confortable.

Tuvimos que perseguir a los de la agencia para saber dónde o cómo teníamos que devolver las llaves. La tele grande del salón no funcionaba.

L'absence de personne sur le lieu du rdv. Nous avons été loggé dans un autre lieu sur la ville de Valencia, grace à l'appel d'un ami espagnol !

Det som var det absolutt dårligste var at du får en mail med bekreftelse på bookingen hvor de ber deg 3-4 dager før oppholdet sende en mail med ankomsttidspunktet. Så ber de deg ringe ca 40 minutter før du er på møte stedet for å bekrefte ankomsttiden. Hvilket vi gjorde. Da vi ankom stedet var det ingen der for å møte oss. Vi ventet noen minutter og ringte igjen, fikk da beskjed om at det ville ta ca 20 minutter før noen kom for å møte oss. Etter 25 minutter ringte vi igjen. Fikk da beskjed om at de skulle sjekke og ringe oss tilbake. De ringte ikke tilbake men etter en stund kom det noen med nøklene. Synes dette er urimelig da vi 2 ganger på forhånd gir beskjed når vi vil være der og fortsatt må stå ute på en gate og vente I ca 1 time I regn. Det er ingen parkering utenfor leiligheten slik at for å være sikker på å finne vedkommende måtte vi stå ute og vente. I beskrivelsen av leiligheten da vi booket denne står det at det er boblebadekar, dette var det heller ikke. Vi bestilte også internett og fikk beskjed om at de skulle komme neste morgen med dette, det skjedde ikke, de ringe neste kveld. Da var vi nesten klar til å reise hjem igjen. Sengene er ikke for normalt høye personer, de er veldig små og vonde. Det er heller ikke ekstra sengetøy I leilighetene.

Het ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het strand, in de directe omgeving zijn geen tot weinig inkoopmogelijkheden, maar er is naast de deur een tamhalte en bushalte. Het appartement was comfortabel schoon en groot. Ondanks dat het in het havengebied ligt heb je geen onveilig gevoel. Het is een leuke buurt met barretjes en een prima uitvalsbasis om de stad Valencia te leren kennen.

In de directe omgeving waren bijna geen inkoopmogelijkheden zoals een supermarkt of iets dergelijks. Maar alles is makkelijk te bereiken met tram bus of taxi.

service: hadden 2 sleutels voor de centrale voordeur, er werkte er maar 1. Waren 6 dagen aanwezig en kregen 2 handdoeken p.p. Hebben 250,- borg moeten betalen wat enkele dagen na het verblijf teruggestort zou worden. Is na anderhalve week nog niet gebeurt.

Apartamento muy espacioso (caben más de 3 personas), con dos baños y situado en el Puerto con el tranvia a la puerta. Ubicación ideal si se acude al Triatlon.

Ropa de cama más bien escasa.

La localización.

No me ha gustado que nada mas llegar te hagan meter tu tarjeta para descargarte 250e, cosa que no te dicen en esta pagina porque en ella te dicen que te bloquean de tu cuenta 100e y si todo esta correcto no te hacen pagar ese dinero puesto que te lo van a devolver como cualquier hotel. Luego en cualquier hotel si esta todo correcto pues no te cobran nada. Aqui te dicen que a las 24h o 48h cuando hagan la limpieza si esta todo igual te lo devolveran ya hacen 48h y no me lo han devuelto y ahora que. Tambien el apartamento tiene desperfectos que ya tenia antes de entrar como no hay luz en la habitación 1, un enchufe roto, el sofa roto, el frigorifico la ultima balda esta agritada. No entiendo nada. Pero yo sigo sin que me devuelvan mi dinero.
