I felt that the kitchen could have had more, there is a hob and microwave but no oven, it was fine for us as we planned and had saved to eat out most nights but if you wanted to be completely self catering, there is no oven. The kitchen was also a little under equipped as we didn't have any small cereal sized bowels, but we made do! The hot water also only lasted about 20 minutes, not sure if it was just our room or the whole block. Not huge flaws, the pros definitely out weight the small cons. The decor is a bit outdated but it's perfectly functional and nothing was broken, the decor didn't bother me.
The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, the grounds were well kept with a gardener there twice during my stay, the communal pool toilets were brand new and very very clean, the room, the stairs, everything! The location is close to shops, the square and the pine walk, really good location for those that want to explore the town. I felt the apartment itself was spacious and had good facilities, good water pressure and beautiful views of the mountains. The apartments were quiet, not much noise from the road or from the dual carriageway, especially at night, it was pretty silent. There was some noise from the football pitch and skate park after the kids got off school but it was only for an hour or two around 5pm and then they left again. I would definitely stay here again, don't know why I had only heard of it this year and I've been coming to Puerto Pollenca for 10 years!
