Quiet location at the end of a street, close to stops for all the public buses that tourists would take (for Alhambra, Albayzin, Sacromonte), easy walk to MANY bars and restaurants and the tourist sites down the hill (cathedral and royal chapel), large and spacious (we stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment), top floor patio would have been great in warmer weather (but didn't use it in January!), washer/dryer available in the building in a public area.
Wi-fi is only guaranteed in the very small lobby downstairs (our room was on the 2nd floor and couldn't usually get the signal). Heater in the living room (where the pull-out sofa-bed was) did not work very well.
The location of this apartment is superb, just opposite Plaza Nieves and short walk to Alhambra, the room is well decorated as well.
No wifi signal in the apartment, and the furniture are a bit too old. Sofa back is broken, a light is burnt....
Not suitable for travel by car. We have to park at public parking not far away from apartment but it cost 25 euro per day. Wifi is only at lobby. Can't use in room
The location is superb, and the apartment is well appointed and decorated. The communal rooftop patio and the free washing and ironing facilities are further pluses, and the reception was friendly if belated. The heating system much appreciated as the cold nights began to set in. I definitely intend to return in future.
There seemed to be some confusion over my booking, and even though I had phoned ahead, I had to wait nearly an hour (after a long journey) before I could gain access. Also, Wifi access could surely have been improved since my stay here two years ago.
good size apt, friendly & helpful staff
furniture moving noise early in morning from apt above
Great location, generous sized apartment & quiet. Very functional.
Wifi not in the rooms.
The location was great, the apartment was quite large (compared to others we stayed in while in Portugal and Spain), and the cost was reasonable. The property was very clean and well-stocked. Access to the roof-top terrace was a definite plus!
It was very confusing to find the actual entrance upon arrival. Fortunately, someone else staying there offered help. The wifi was not accessible from the apartment, but rather only from the lobby.
very cosy place with all facilities 2 separate sleeping beds & extra sofa very clean
no internet/wi-fi a bit noisy at night
Excellent value for money. Apartment was way above what I was expecting. I'd recommend to anyone going to Granada
walking distance to everything
no elevator, problems with tv-channels, no wi-fi in room
Excellent location, noisy at night , no elevator , no wifi , safe nabourhood , clean spacious apartment, water warmer in bathroom not working well, help desk not 24hr
Dificult to find. Put on GPS only geografical coordinates. Hotel near Plaza Nova.
Central. All the facilities you need for couple of weeks.
Narrow dead end with nowhere to park when you arrive. There are no staff at the apartments, so you have to phone a number, but the number on the printout was wrong. There are two doors to the apartments. The second one ath the end of the dead end has another number on it. That's the one you phone. The person who answered only spoke Spanish. Luckily so do I. No wifi in the rooms.
The location was great. Right in the thick of things.
They tell you your credit card will be charged a third of the cost of the room until you get there and pay. No where does it say to bring proof!!! They make you pay the whole bill! So noisy too. No one could sleep! Walls are paper thin.
Spacious apartment Friendly staff Easy Access Amazing central location. Walking distance to alhambra and major activities.
Everything; location, space, value
The location is brilliant, close from Granada Palace and albiacin which is central area and full of restaurants and coffee shops.
The Air conditioning is a bit dodgy and need more improvement.
I liked everything about the apartment: spacious living room and bedroom, open concept, great having a washing machine and an elevator (that was unexpected!), loved the open area on the rooftop. But what I really loved was the attention the staff gave us.
The apartment could have used some pictures on the walls. One air-conditioner system condensed inwards so it spilled water inside the apartment. The big fault is that the wifi cannot reach the apartments, so the 'lobby' (which is very tiny) got crowded with people on their androids.
The apartment is centrally located right by the main square in Granada allowing one to easily walk to many of the sights within the city including the Alhambra. The apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay (comfy beds with clean sheets, private & clean bath with clean towels, and kitchenette with an espresso maker). Being right downtown, there was a lot of street noise late at night, but the place has solid windows blocking out most of the noise and is airconditioned (at no extra cost!) enabling the place to be cooled off with the windows closed. The manager was extremely friendly & helpful and spoke English well.
The kitchen could us some more essentials such as a cutting board.
The apartment was very spacious and close to everything.
The outside noise all night, every night meant our sleep was very disturbed.
In the heart of the old city.
Extremly noisy at night and the bathroom towels are very dirty and old.
Nice shared terrace, nice apartment, nice location
The convertible couch is terrible We could not access internet till the very last day when we disconnected and reconnected ourselves the modem router in the lobby.
Great location! Close to taxis, tourist buses, shopping -walking distance to main attractions.
Wifi was not available in the apartment
Location clean good kitchen
Difficulty parking A bit noisy in the street no wifi in the apartment access to one bedroom and bathroom through another bedroom, therefore, less privacy for some.
The apartments are very comfortable. Our windows looked to the street and the sight was pretty amazing: one can spend an evening with a view and atmosphere better than in the central restaurants, saving money for the drinks and food (you can cook it in the kitchen). We and our friends have stayed at this place three times in a row because we enjoyed it so much. They also have a pretty good discount for the city parking 300 meters from the hotel.
The street can be pretty noisy in the night (tourists are walking around all night long), so, in hot summer nights you might have to choose between silence and cool fresh air, if your room windows look to the street.
