Very unfriendly reception staff, dont even bother to acknowledge guests coming in or leaving the building.

The view, the peace and quiet, the beach, the privacy, the promenade, everything except for ....

The bed sheets - they didn't stay on the bed and I didn't like waking up to find I was lying on the mattress - not very hygenic. Fitted bottom sheets would easily solve this.

I liked that you have an appartment for yourself. you can go to the market and buy whatever you like to cook in you own appartment. The view was so amazing

Excellent location to bars and eating places. Lovely walks and close to everything old town within walking distance too. Lovely friendly staff and price was right. Great you could have breakfast and a cuppa anytime also washing machine although I didn't use it. Brilliant location.

Only thing I didn't like was there may have been too much furniture in room 1 sofa mgt be better and buerro where tv was on could go Put tv on wall and there would more space. Otherwise great

The only best thing about this hotel is the position dont go ..

Was more like a 1 star hostel the room was horrid ,and smelt of smoke vile .I asked for a none smoking room as my husband was ill and that was worst then what we was in .my advice dont go hear ..

The apartment overlooked the beach with a marvelous view.The staff could not have been more obliging . The apartments are all furnished to different standards so it is necessary to be selective.

Very good location, close to all nearby facilities: shops, bars, restaurants, 2 mins walk to the beach. A small but cosy apartment. Beautiful view on the sea from the balcony.

There were cockroaches in our room! Towels old (grey colour already) and not really fresh. The room was also far from being well cleaned. I would recommend the hotel on the condition that tey get rid of these substantial cons.

Decor is somewhat outdated...could do with modernising. No outdoor swimming pool or terrace area is also a big drawback, no poolside snack bar etc......however, I would stay there again no problem at all.

Location of the place is good.

I was offered 2 different flats and both were full of cockroaches. The only thing offered by the reception staff was a spray can with poison. I think I killed 50 of those insects. The building is old and worn and should have been torn down long time ago. Stay off if you prefer a clean and insect free environment.

I bit shabby especially the bathroom.

The view was wonderful. The appartment is at the centre of Marbella, close to the sea promenade.

The furniture is quite old-fashioned, lots of kitchen tools were missing and were not properly clean!

The location by the beach was excellent.

I stayed here for four days with my two daughters. The apartment was great for its sheer convenience to town and the beach. The building is well maintained and appears to have both residential and holiday stays. It's kitchen is well equipped and it has a large balcony area. Great to have a large fridge freezer and washing machine. Ours had a side view of the beach and had the evening sun which was lovely. It is a safe and roomy choice near to everything in Marbella. The reception is staffed 24/7 and wi-fi is available in the reception area. The apartamentos are a good choice if you want something convenient, safe and air conditioned. I would definitely book again.

Only one small comment: A sweeping brush would be appreciated so you can tidy up the sand from the beach on the floor!

Everything. The apartment & location were unreal. Cannot say enough about this hotel. Our room was spotless clean and so comfortable spacious and modern. We had unbelievable views from our room and a huge balcony. Would defo recommend a stay here.
