We turned up early rooms were ready, they allowed us to book in and park our cars up.AAAA+

The only thing they need to sort out is the deposit. Three english lad's were waiting from 8.30 on the sunday to get there deposits back (150 euros) until 9.30 when the the staff arrive. The problem being there transfer to the airport was earlier and they missed it. The staff said they could have asked for it the day before? But there are no notice's up and you do not get told that when you arrive. What made it worse was they had to pay for the trip back to airport.

We have used a number of Apartments for short holidays and Michael Angelo comes top of the list We have no complaints although a kettle would have been useful! I would and will recommend to all my friends and will come again

This is my 4th time and we meet friends from Holland there. For Benidorm these apartments are spacious and have a seperate kitchen, and laundry area with washing machine. Apartments whilst not over luxurious are comfortable enough and always great value for money.

convenient to both parts of the town clean tidy parking and reasonably priced i will certainly book again soon

We have stayed here many times and like the location, very near to the beautiful Old Town part of Benidorm, only a 2 minute walk to a big Mercandonas supermarket, beautiful Park opposite it ....apartments are spacious and airy, and well equipped, although need some tweakings with decor etc. The pool is a bonus and the lounge area and reception are well equipped, the staff are always friendly and helpful, it was lovely and quiet and we always enjoy our stays here,,,see below for unfortunate events this time, despite this we would still stay here again.

This time we booked 2 apartments, on arrival 1 apartment was upstairs, this apartment was the standard & layout we expected although some of the decor needs tweaking, it was fine, the 2nd apartment they gave us was appalling! It was on the ground floor apartment "ba", the floor was dirty & full of crumbs & hair, the air con unit was filthy, the curtains were stained, the fridge was rusted, there was no separate kitchen it was a studio apt with separate bedroom, the shower rail was held up by a chain affixed to the ceiling, as was the light in the lounge area, the bed settee was filthy, the microwave casing unit was cracked and broken..in contrast to the one upstairs it was disgusting, we did complain & the next day we were moved to apartment 2b, which to our surprise was a 2 bedroom apartment which we didn't know they had...this was much better and was the same standard we were used to on previous visits, it was a bad start to our break there, but once moved we were extremely happy.The staff were extremely helpful and polite .

Superb location close to the beach, bars and the Old Town.
