pillows need to be changed, no kettle

Location

the car park on the first night some person scratch our car and did not leave details, we were very upset the staff shrigged their shoulders.

it was cheap for 3 night stay 100 euro for one bed app app where basic but clean pool area was fine for our stay where not realy around pool as weather was not that great just a short walk down to main area but a bit hilly only 5 euro back up in taxi will visit again

liked all about app for what we paid

Good location, cheap

No kettle so had to make tea in a saucepan. No bedside lights, so kept the others awake whilst I read electric fire not working properly, it was wonky, didn´t give out any heat.

loved it all the apt was big spaceus and just like home and friendly staff

nothing to saty in ythis box had a great relexing stay

The rooms were large and well fitted out with everything you could need. The staff tried to help wherever possible, excellent service.

It was further away from the centre than we believed.

Nothing to complain about

This was our 6th stay at the apartments and we have not been disappointed. From the moment we checked in on our first morning until we left we found the staff very helpful and friendly. We love the location as we like going for walks around the old town and along the beaches. We also love the fact that the apartments are pet friendly. We are planning a couple more visits to Benidorm this year and the apartments will be our first choice.

There was no electric kettle in the apartment and the pans available were not the best for boiling water for coffee etc.

View of sea from most apartments. In between Old Benidorm and new. Does not feel closed in as right next to the park. Very convenient for food shopping as Mercadona virtually next door.

They do not supply a kettle only a coffee machine but this is Spain and there is always a pan.

This is my second visit to these apartments and I find them entirely suitable for a self-catering break The staff, particularly Isosune was extremely kind and helpful Good WiFi connection although not in bedrooms

Tv controls were very poor but we were out most the the time so not an issue

Excellent location - near to the Old Town, near to many bars and restaurants, and near enough to nightlife whilst still being in a very quiet part of the town. Perfect!

the price and size of the apartments plenty of room for 4 of us.

the shower curtain kept falling down plus the shower itself wouldnt stay up.

Superb location close to the Old Town, shops, bars, restaurants and beach. On site parking is a real bonus. The apartments have recently been refurbished to a good standard. Pool area is great!

some curtains and furniture needed upgrading. No mirrors in the bedroom which is a necessity for women, we had to wait till we finished showering before we could dry our hair and put makeup on. If there was mirror in bedroom it would make it much more appealing for women.

The staff were really good, nothing was too much trouble, and the apartment was quite spacious.

We knew what we were getting due to the excellent description, which is a low budget, but well equipped, apartment, so not a lot to dislike, the only thing I'd say is that the location was extremely difficult to find in Benidorms one way system (which isn't really the hotel's fault). Make sure you know where the hotel is before you set off, or use a sat nav.

Good price for a stag weekend they didn't treat us like we were drunks and low life like other hotels on previous stag weekends I have been on. We all behaved and the staff were great

Nothing it did the job

It's simple and cheap. Sleeps 4. Peaceful. Relaxed. Fairly good location 10 Min walk to beach. Got kitchen washing machine etc if you need it.

Could be modernized a bit.

4 people flat with 2 single beds and a couch/bed in living room. Kitchen with the basic tools, but ok. Clean rooms.

Some towels needs to be changed.

It's location was in the 'Old Town.' perfect for our stay.

Excellent value for money. Right next door to a supermarket. Short walk from a park, bars, restaurants and shops. Pet friendly.

stayed here several times, tried other apartments in Benidorm but these really are the best, simply furnished, spotless, walking distance to beach bars etc, and for the price the biggest apartments we have stayed in in Benidorm, and great views of the sea and Benidorm Island

for any brits wishing to stay here bring your travel kettle!
