Value for money

Very central and excellent value for money. Room was very comfortable and good beds. Very clean and very obliging staff. Tapas in Seville is on another level and we had a superb time trying the best restaurants in the old town. It is the run up to Christmas and the bars etc were buzzing and the evening street shows and celebrations were quite amazing. We just loved the city with the locals in wonderful festive form and Christmas shopping at its height. Wonderful short stay.
Arrived by car, and it is tricky to find as the streets are so narrow in the old town. However, they have a good system of arranging and guiding your car to a good car park but you must phone the hotel first.
Location, staff and facilities were great.
The noise overnight in apartment 14 was unbearable. Especially with a little baby. The kitchen did not have a kettle and staff did not know where to get one from.
Location, charming courtyard, cheap bike rent and the great price especially if you have group of 4.
No real negatives.
Very helpful staff and central location
Fantastic location - it's in the very heart of Seville!
Location within 5 mins walk to cathedral and Real Alcazar. Very fun to explore to street in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
The furnishing. Worn out, uncomfortable furnishing especially the sofa. Insufficient florence overhead lightings in ththe living room. Can hear the neighbors.
Great location, close to Alcazar and Cathedral and interesting Jewish quarter. Helpful, attentive front desk personnel. Nice apt. with 2 Bd and 2 Ba. with great memory foam matresses.
Can't drive to the hotel, need to find parking outside and walk in with luggage.
perfect location/ services/ facilities: very close to the cathedral and and other sightseeing spots, Santa Cruz where it is located is a fun area/ room was clean and the heating system was good
LAST DAY THERE DOOR WOULDNT OPEN FROM OUR APARTMENT INTO RECEPTION.HAD TO GO BACK AND RING FOR AGES AS THE ONLY OTHER RECEPTION WAS HOTEL WE COULD NOT GET OUT WE WERE JUST TRAPPED WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF THERE HAD BEEN A FIRE.
Fantastic location. Friendly staff. The most comfortable bed ever experienced on a holiday.
Nothing not to like.
We were a family of four and apartment consisted of 2 separate bedrooms each with their ensuite bathroom as well as separate living room / dining area. Quite big and nicely equipped kitchen. Apartment was quiet facing the courtyard
Position in Barrio Santa Cruz is excellent for many places of interest and provides access to many varied eating and drinking establishments.
The darkness of a ground floor apartment and lack of privacy if we wanted to have the blinds up. Shower cubicle is far too small. No kettle or a CLEAN coffee maker
The front desk staff was very helpful. Provided lots of good information. We cooked in a few meals and the utensils were sufficient. Great local market under the mushroom structure. Close to public transportation. If you use a cab, they will drop you off at the end of the winding street. The street has a lot of charm and is only wide enough to fit people.
The cleaning service was poor. We stayed 4 nights and they maid was suppose to clean on the 3rd day. She didn't clean sweep in floor in the bathroom and clean the glass dining table.
Friendly and helpful staff. the location was very central. We did a free walking tour from the hotel which was very good and covered main points of interest. Nearby restaurants are good value.
Even though I asked for a double bed it was two singles pushed together.
Great location! Quiet, comfortable. Loved the walking tour with Feel the City. Close to many restaurants. Ask for a renovated room on the courtyard side. Helpful staff. Rooftop laundry facilities.
Rooftop area not as inviting as it looks in the pictures. Some areas in the hotel need new carpeting and renovation of kitchen areas and showers.
location and cleanliness
no washing machine
The place is very convenient. Both rooms in the apartment coming with attached bathrooms.
Sceptical if they have car parking available but public car parking 200 Mrs away
the piso in general handy for everywhere great location staff really nice I would stay again for sure
we asked for a quiet room on booking and I think we should have been informed in advance that we were not allocated one. I had to get up early each day and although I love the Spanish street life I didn't want to listen to it after 11pm. next time I stayed I had an aprtment looking onto the patio and it was blissful in comparison with the front room No nighttime reception which I found a bit unsettling as I was alone some nights
The position was great and the staff were at least friendly,if not the most efficient .
We had to change apartments because the gutter leaked and flooded the floor. We wasted most of the morning and the management didnt really see the urgency.(we only had that one full day in Seville). We had to be very firm with them to change our apartment . The sofabed was not very comfortable for our daughter.
Location, staff very helpful and there was a communal washer and seperate dryer. Amongst many bars and restaurants, great food in all. Early morning "grab n go croissant and coffee" .
Yes, it was like being at home. We lived in room 1 and had garden furniture to use right outside our flat. It really was lovely and relaxing.
A good location in historical Santa Cruz, close to Cathedral and Real Alcazar in a maze of picturesque streets - getting lost was half the fun. Apartment was quite basic but more than adequate and staff were excellent, especially Anna. Pleasant outdoor courtyards, laundry facilities available for a small charge. Loved La Casa del Flamenco just around the corner.
Rooftop Bar was actually at the hotel opposite and not always open.
Location, location. Comfy 2 bedroom apartment. Attractive facilities
the staff were amazing- spoke excellent English (which is very unusual in spain) extremely helpful with directions, recommendations etc rooms very clean and small for 5 ppl but the location made up for it cute quite apartments hidden in a central area of Seville. close to everything you must go and eat at the outstanding restaurant next door called El Rincon de Murillo. 10/10 around the corner is flamenco dancing which is amazing to watch its not 5* but all the above make up for it-without a doubt I would definitely stay here again
the sofa bed was disgusting. the mattress was a joke. when we called reception the guy made sure to find another suitable mattress. Murillo seriously needs to address this asap.
