The location was excellent. It was close to a metro stop, a grocery store, and restaurants. The kitchen was adequate for light cooking and it had a nice-sized shower.

This apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, where you can find cute bars and nightlife right at your doorstep. You are in walking distance to Plaze Mayor and other sites of the Old Town. It's great for a weekend to experience Madrid lifestyle! The set-up was cute and very functional, the 2 rooms are small but for a couple it's sufficient and feels more "at home" than a hotel. You just have to know that you are in a nightlife area, so if you don't want to go to bed late, this is not for you. However, we had an apartment to the interior, so there was no noise at all at night. The disadvantage then was that it was a bit dark.

The location is really very good. A lot of bars are near to the hotel, and you can have a very late diiner or night out. The tube station Latina is just 7 min, but on a warm sunny day you can reach the centre (Sol) on foot. Value for money. Besides the very good and friendly girl named Patricia, other hotel staff is not professional. They forgot to change our towels.Facilities are very poor.

Location, price, renovated interior. Expensive for what it offers. This is clearly not a hotel - no reception (one have to pay extra if checking in after 10pm), no breakfast facility, no house keeping (one have to pay extra for this) etc, even our towels were not changed for 5 days, although they claim they change them every 3 days. They ask you to sign a contract upon checkin(?) - never seen such thing before, also 100% pre-payment. Many rooms have completely no view, even daylight gets in hardly. Small rooms. If you ask my advice better pay really a bit more but get a real hotel service.

The apartments are very good, clean and practical. It's necessary to advise before your arrival. They don't have a 24h reception.

We were two people each in a separate apartment and I slept on the small sofa bed. The mattress was lumpy and the matress cover was not clean. I also felt that the apartments were not as clean as they should have been.

The apartments were in a fantastic location, ideal for getting around the central area of Madrid - close to restaurants and bars, the main sites, metro and shopping areas. The apartment was modern and clean - ideal for a couple, family or group of friends. It had all the basic facilities required and was very comfortable to stay in. We also had a lovely view from our balcony! The ladies we met who work at the apartments were really friendly and provided us with maps and information of the area. We would stay there again for sure and recommend it! We liked everything about the apartments with no negative comments. The only thing we would recommend is adding the following to the apartment we stayed in: - A kettle for tea - Another mirror (one mirror in the bathroom was a little limited for 4 girls staying in the same apartment) - A safe

La latina district is very lively. There are lots of bars around offering good drink and tapas. Apartments are close to metro (5 min. walk). Also you can reach sol square and gran via by foot. Room design is good. Glass walls around shover is really stupid. We could not get good wireless connection (weak signal).

The location A little noisy at night on weekends (exterior apartments, especially lower floors). The apartments are smaller than expected (less square metres).

The kitchen facilities are useful - fridge, basic cooker, microwave and coffee maker. Location at La Latina is great for Sunday market, restaurants and bars. Easy to walk from there to anywhere in the city centre. The bedroom and living area are dark - the view is of a wall. At weekends you will not sleep - the bar/club downstairs is still banging out music at 4am. So the apartment is best suited to people who are planning to be out late anyway!

Great location for reasonable price Living room was pretty dark with only indirect light from the bedroom. However that should be fine for people who spend most of the day outside visiting the city.

The woman who was at the check in area was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location, just a bit loud at night. But that would be with most places as the Spanish love to eat and drink late!:)

Plus for the location, area, comfort, design, smiley and helpful personnel. Anything we needed or could need was provided in the apartment. Walking distance to the whole La Latina area and Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Sol and El Rastro. Easily accessible by metro. We could not find extra sheets, although we never asked from the personnel. The room was a bit smelly and cold most of the time. The a/c did not seem to provide enough hot air to warm us.

We were given the purple theme room and the it is really lovely. The location is excellent within walking distance to Palacio Real and metro station La Latina. The receptionist were very helpful too. We really enjoyed our stay:) It takes a long time for them to reply to our emails and the telephone number on the website is not correct so we couldn't get hold of them before we arrived.

Apartments were clean and comfortable. Not the biggest apartments but ideal if your not planning to stay in them all the time. Staff were excellent and spoke good english. Location is great, just a short walk from cava baja, sol, plaza mayor, and grand via. Metro is less than 5 mins away.
