midges by pool
Have stayed at Picasso many times - 3/4 times every year. It's small and definately not grand! the apartments could do with an upgrade but they are very adequate with everything you need and the balconies are huge! The prime pleasure in staying at Picasso is the friendliness of ALL the staff in making you feel so welcome, whether it's your first or your 21st visit - you feel like family.
Had a nice time there me and my young family, pool great for kids x
friendly staff well run had a great holiday been their about five times
Large apartment. Friendly staff and inexpensive bar and food prices.
Kitchen equipment was nearly all broken. There was only a limited time on reception, not 24 hours.
Clean apartments. Friendly staff. Good food

bathroom balkony size of the apartment
beds were uncomfortable kitchen was dirty pay to view TV pay to use WIFI Staff not wearing uniform Not enough sunbed and no free sunbeds if you don`t wake up in time.
Price and its clean but very very basic!
Booking.com stated air con in family rooms this is not the case! Didnt sleep for 5 nights as a result, upon arrival got told "YOU get what you pay for LOVE". Staff are ok apartments are clean, no maid service and one set of towels for the week and no toilet roll. Sheets clean but have holes in , beds broken! Pool small, go elsewhere !
The welcoming friendliness of staff, the size of and equipment provided in the apartment. Cold or hot 'snack food' still available later on (9pm-sh). Tho' on a slight incline at the end of Levante beach (Rincon area) it's still only about 7 minutes to the glorious beach, 10 minutes into the late night 'strip' area (club hotspots) but you don't hear a thing! and shops, supermarkets including Beni's Indoor Market are just minutes away. Superb place to stay - lovely staff, lovely food, spacious apartments and everything else you could want within a 'handspan'
Nothing personally! But I wouldn't go either as a single or couple during school holiday time! The pool is small and can feel very overrun/overtaken with just a couple of family groups of 10 -12 people each, accomodating maybe 3 generations. But such is the popularity of the Picasso! Each is entitled to go where they love to be - just chose your time if you want a quiet 'chill out' hol,
The staff were excellent pool area was very good
No air con
great value, great location and everything you want for a group of friends.
Great location, very clean, staff is great and food is good.
The sleeping couch was old and awful to sleep in.
the location pool and bar area lounge chairs very comferable, not to loud and able to sleep at night
towels and bed sheets not changed, very large deposit on arrival
Very close to all of the clubs and bars without being busy and crowded.
An outside toilet around the pool would be handy if you had kids with you.
The friendliness of the staff, the security that is was a tightly run appartment block , and prices of good and drink were good
Friendly Staff On-site Cafe Apartment with Kettle! Convenience of basics on sale - milk/water
2nd stay here very friendly very cheap nice apartments
Some idot from floor 9 forgot his keys so buzz my room at 4 in the morning and throwing plants up onto the balcony
Great value for money and appartment had everything we needed for a 1 week stay
Ants in the bathroom and one of the legs of the bed collapsed upon first laying down.
Very welcoming apartments, perfect location (slightly out of the strip but near enough to walk) 5 mins to strip, 5 mins to the beach! Clean apartment too :) drinks and food cheap in bar too!
Everything was extra like paying for tv, internet and safe but the price for booking was cheap enough to make up for this.
The staff, so very friendly, chatty & welcoming to everyone. The apartments are so very roomy and with massive balconies My most predominant like is, being a solo traveller I have always been made to feel so very welcome - chatted to and included in whatever? - by so many people who holiday at The Picasso regularly. I've made so many friends among folk who stay at the 'same time of year' every year. (I've been going 3 times a year for a while) It's also "close enough to walk to, but is far enough away from" to not be disturbed by - "The Stag/Hen/Club strip"
Nothing in relation to the Picasso, there's nothing not to like! BUT the walk up does seem to get a bit higher by the year (for 65+) - a doddle for a young couple/family, it's a very short walk to the beach and everything else you might want.
