Good appartment for family/couple rest. Nice spacious kitchen. Sweet patio- garden. Great location - about 5 min to ocean. By the way, beach is public, and dont have enough dry sand space. But if you have a car you may go several km to south from Conil de Fronteira and you find a more sandy private beach. Or walk there along ocean shore about 3-5 km. Appartment have own little pool also but its good when ocean is cold. Payment charged on check-in. If you booked less than 7 days, cleaning will be once. We was booked a double bad but have a twin-bad, on reception said "we a full, sorry". Finally its was no matter, take a good mood with yourself :)

New complex, apartments with all facilities needed. There is not really a view but its in a very relaxed and calm location; about 2mns walk to the beach...beautiful scenery; Spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen and lots of storage; Underground parking comes very handy; Staff is very friendly and helpful and always there for anything; Can only recommend! the beds are small and not really comfortable

Fantastically well located to reach out to Cadiz, Jerez de La Frontera, Tarifa and even Gibraltar. The appartment was oriented towards the sea with 2 large bedrooms (each of them with a bathroom) and a large terrace. The rooms were very tidy, bedroom linnen being replaced every second day. The domain is very fancy with a nice swimming pool and underground parking area. Staff were friendly. It is very much a detail : there could be some more pots and pans allowing more extensive in house cooking.

A very comfortable,clean apartment. Ideal for a couple. May entitled rather noisy in the. Jsy period when the apartments are full. Wifi accesses very sporadic.

Very nice, clean and well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Only a few minutes to the long beach which stretches to Conil (45 minutes walk to the center). The whole apartment complex and the pool area are in very good condition and well maintained. Very friendly manager. We highly recommend it. Nothing !

Perfect location with a beautiful beach in close walking distance. We liked that the apartment was big enough and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is not overly crowded by tourists, which is a plus :) The mattress was a little uncomfortable. When staying for a couple of days this is an important factor.

Excellent access to the sea, location itself as well. The appartament was very nice, clean and bright. Recommended for families as their is a swimming pool. You can park your car in underground parking. lack of catle to boil water.

Value for money rather than luxury but we spent minimal time in apartment, nice pool and short drive to wonderful beaches. Free underground parking and very helpful staff, will def use again.

Séjour en avril / mai 2012. (période calme , hors haute saison) Personnels très gentils , disponibles et compétents.Très bon accueil : courtois et chaleureux. Les appartements sont joliment décorés , bien équipés et très confortables.Literie de bonne qualité . Les espaces verts et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et le parking souterrain est bien appréciable. Très bonne adresse:nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Emplacement idéal pour visiter cette magnifique région qui est restée encore authentique.Nous espèrons y revenir et choisirons la même résidence.Bon rapport qualité/prix. J'aurais aimé avoir plus de cintres , 1 ou 2 plats supplémentaires dans la cuisine (un seul à disposition) et un tire bouchon....mais cela ne reste que des futils détails...

todo impecable,el personal muy agradable,la zona muy tranquila.menaje de cocina muy completo -tostador,cafetera,microondas,cuberteria.......todo muy nuevo ,parking cubierto gratuito.piscina....jacuzzy...es una pena que nos lloviese todo el finde.ideal para escapadas y relajarse.la playa a menos de 5 min.yo repetire sin lugar a dudas.

Lo perfectamente cuidadas que estaban las instalaciones y el personal. También me ha gustado el entorno tranquilo en el que está ubicado. El único inconveniente que hemos encontrado es que si quieres comer fuera del apartamento, hay que coger el coche para ir al pueblo.

La verdad que hemos quedados muy sorprendidos y muy contentos con el conjunto de los apartamentos...Nos han encantado y volveremos... Son preciosos...alucinamos con esa terraza que hay en el dormitorio, son muy completos y teniamos la playa cerquita..

Muy adecuados con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Baño muy bueno con ducha grande. Se nota que lo ha diseñado alguien que ha pensado en los usuarios que lo iban a utilizar, cosa que no ocurre desgraciadamente en todas partes. El único problema es el ruido de los apartamentos de al lado y de encima, sobre todo por la mañana cuando se hacen las camas. Algunos apartamentos los limpian a las 10 de la mañana, que es una hora de estar durmiendo si estás de vacaciones, y cuando mueven las camas contra el suelo el ruido te despierta y es muy desagradable.. Deberían cuidar ese aspecto. Si se soluciona serían los aparamentos perfectos.
