great location , very nice apartment , well stocked kitchen with pots,pans , dishes ,etc. loved the terrace . very nice bathrooms

Localization is great!!!

No wifi, dodgy doors, spiral stairs to mezzanine bedroom not easy to negotiate at night.

Excellent location for city centre and some great tapas bar off the beaten track, traditional house with peaceful courtyards and quirky apartment, would recommend and stay again

If more than 2 people you'd struggle to get enough warm water; not suitable for someone with walking disabilities as bed is on mezzanine level reached by narrow spiral staircase which we thought was fab

The location was superb and Grazia who met us to give the keys was very helpful

The fact that there is 2 floors and each room with ensuite bathroom.

That there is only aircon on the top floor which is the living /diningroom area but the bottom floor where the bedrooms are without aircon and only with simple rotating fans and it could be quite warm and stuffy

Aparatmentos Pilatos was a beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. We loved the close proximity to Plaza Alfalfa

Great position in historic center of Sevilla, close to all major attractions. The appartment is very well equipped and the owner is very nice and discreet.

May need a door between rooms

It is an apartment, not a hotel. It is located in a good position for enjoying Sevilla in an authentic way. I really liked the fact that it is very close to places where local people use to meet and enjoy tapas, rather than to crowdy and touristic areas

The apartment was very nice and good, with a wonderful terrace and view. We were three people in it and everything was perfect. I would not reccommend it for more than 4, especially if couples, because I think it would be uncomfortable for 5 or 6 people.

The position is in the city centre and you can visit most of the monuments by foot. Very calm at night, fresh despite the hot climate. The forniture are elegant.

The chicken is very small, lack of equipment for eating.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, l appartement était très bien situé, d une propreté irréprochable, avec tout le confort, assurément, nous le conseillons vivement.

Perfecte ligging ivm bezoek aan de stad Sevilla. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand te bereiken. de woning ligt in een oude patio en heeft een prachtige patio tuin.

Auto moet in een garage worden geplaatst met een lift welke vrij nauw is. Het ophalen van de auto was "slecht" geregeld door de zoon en we moesten daardoor ruim een half uur wachten.

Appartement spacieux. Terrasse Parking en sous-sol (mais attention la voiture ne doit pas être trop grande et la manœuvre est délicate ; il s'agit de positionner la voiture sur un ascenseur à partir d'une rue étroite et dans un sas non moins étroit. ) Le quartier est agréable mais assez loin de la cathédrale. Pour autant si vous aimez la marche, rejoindre le centre touristique permet de découvrir la ville.

Le gérant et propriétaire est serviable et accueillant. La déco est de bonne facture. Bonne literie.

Le problème avec les appartements Pilatos est qu'il y a plusieurs appartements disséminés au coeur de Séville : je ne sais pas pour les autres mais n'allez pas au 3, rue Caballerizas !!! Il y a deux appartements : les deux sont en rez de chaussée (les proprio vivent au dessus) et tous deux sont très sombres et sentent le renfermé (ça ne sent pas très bon pour tout dire); mais le pire a été le bruit : on n'entend pas la rue mais les machines à laver (!!!) que les proprio font tourner au dessus de nos têtes plusieurs heures par jour !... Le bruit est vraiment ronflant, énervant et intense. Nous avons déguerpi de Séville avant l'heure à cause de ça car ça ne sert à rien de leur demander de cesser leurs machines ... Avec un enfant de 2 ans, c'était insupportable et il n'y a eu aucune compréhension en retour ... au contraire !!!

Poca luce naturale nell'appartamento, arredo con pezzi antichi, ma poco funzionali, un po' rumoroso.

Algún mueble un poco viejo, yo cambiaría los sofás del salón por un sofa-cama grande cómodo y nuevo.

Расположен в историческом центре города, удобно добираться до станций жд и авто вокзала. Все необходимое находится рядом.

Интернет работал только один день, пытались безуспешно его починить. В итоге не починили.

A veces no hay plaza(s) para aparcar el coche, aunque se declararon que no sea necesario reservarla(s).
