Flat is quite big and very comfortable. Good options for self service and good faclities. Good area.
Food and beverage options were a little bit limited, especialy when arriving late in the evening or early morning.
He staff were very friendly helpful and informative. We booked a 1 bed apartment which was upgraded to a 2 bed so lots of room, clean comfortable modern. In a good location quiet but so easy to get to all parts of city either by bus or walking.
Beds were very hard.
Location, space, comfort, price, aircon.
No way to make filter coffee.
Staff always kind and available
Having somebody banging on my door at 4 am. The next day being awaken after midnight by kids playing with a ball. The sorrounding area is not nice and frightening at night.
Staff were very helpful and efficient, building modern and well equipped, big bathroom, nice proportionate kitchen, spacious wardrobes, comfortable high quality living room furniture, great views, nice cafeteria, easy bus to centre (bus 67).......
Nothing. And I didn't miss NOT having English channels on TV! its SPAIN after all!
Good staff, very good resources, nice location although not in a high profile spot, easy transport.
The apartment was fabulous, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The kitchen could have been better equipped with more than one pan and one pot! And there was no coffee maker.
Facilities were modern and clean.
It was hard to find the apartments, we did not expect to have to drive along a pedestrian walkway to get to the garage door. The receptionist spoke very minimal English. The kettle in the kitchenette tripped the fuse box, as did one of the two hotplates on the stove. The bedroom had two single beds instead of a double, and were very hot and uncomfortable. There were not many restaurants near the building.
Location close to all bus stops and near large shopping centre. Maria at reception was always so helpful and courteous. She couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Parking available but required skill. Our apartment was very roomy and had a wonderful view.
The appartments are very clean and comfy. New furniture, all necessary staff for cooking the light food in the kitchen, clean bathroom. We liked the pictures of Picasso on the walls of the appartments. Nice and pleasant personnel at the reception desk. A big shopping center, Carrefour, is 5-minutes walk.
No iron and hairdryer in the appartments.
Good price for double room flat; clean and cosy area
Far away from the center; not convenient for travelling with public transport with luggage; breakfast cost of 5 € contains only cup of coffee, juice and croissant so it better dont take; ordered double bed and received 2 singles
Nice big apartment for ourself
the decoration the bed the balconies
the lift the lack of ustensiles in the kitchen
Nice to have separate bedrooms when travelling with older children. Major department store and grocery store within walking distance. Metro a ten minute walk away. Very safe day or night in Valencia. Nice to go to the beach via metro for a Sunday afternoon getway. Radio City had an awesome Flamenco Show we thoroghly enjoyed for ten euro each. The Aquarium a must see.
No English channels on the TV. We had to ask for a tea kettle and dish soap to wash dishes. There was no drain plug in the kitchen sink and some light bulbs were burnt out. Beds were a little hard for our liking.
the price was great. the apartment was great.
no English speaking TV channels. no kettle in kitchen
No bottle opener for wine, no kettle for making tea.
Plaza Picasso was clean and comfortable and was in a good location close to a Carrefour, the bus station, the metro (a few minutes' walk), bus stops, the Turia park and the Bioparc zoo (which is pricey but amazing).
Really we had very few complaints here. The main ones would be that the cleaning service is only every three days unless you pay more, and the bathroom has no fan or anything so it gets steamy and icky. There are laundry facilities on site but they are very expensive (almost 10€ for a load in an industrial washer and a dryer that doesn't dry everything even with an hour of use). The last thing was our fear of using too much electricity; no one seems to tell you this when you book or check in, but the info sheet on the place that's in a little folder on the table says there's a limit to how much you can use in a day. They say it's enough for your stay but unless you work for a power company how are you supposed to know what that means? If you go over it, you get a bill when you leave. We didn't, but how close we came, who knows...? Otherwise it was a good place to stay and a fair price.
I didn't like that my reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. I had to rebook a hotel ( while I was away on a euro tour) on my phone. I was really stressed out, especially since we were going to Valencia for the Tomatina festival, and the rooms were filling up fast.
Was all around a great value for money place. And very comfortable.
Towels could have been changed daily. And a fuse kept blowing when trying to cook to elements at once.
Price, suite, WiFi
We fully enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. Everything was very uncomplicated and easy. The apartment was lovely with an eating area, kitchenette, living area Nd desperate bedroom. The staff were superb
Would have liked mugs, kettle and hair dryer.
Staff friendly and very helpful
Beds were awful, couldnt sleep, fresh towels smelt of smoke, wifi didnt really work, shower head faced out of the bath so had to hand hold it, wouldnt recommend
It was clean and safe , it is close to a very big supermarket, where we could buy everything we needed, and easy to find park lots. Staff were nice and helpful
kitchen facilities were poor, the stove was terrible, no dish washer and washing machine. For trash bags we had to go to reception. The place was to be enough for 5 people but there were only 4 chairs around the table, therefore; one person had to eat on the sofa. Two of us had to sleep on the sofa whose matress was quite old and uncomfortable
I was visiting IVI Valencia and the apartments were ideal as only 5 minute walk to clinic. Well maintained, good facilities.
A little far from city centre if purpose of trip is to see the sights. A kettle would have been useful.
