Apartamentos Plazamar are located next to La Carihuela Beach, just outside central Torremolinos. They offer well-located apartments with a private balcony, as well as free Wi-Fi. All Plazamar Apartments are soundproofed and have individual air conditioning and heating. They also come equipped with satellite TV in the lounge area. La Carihuela is renowned for its cuisine, and you can find numerous restaurants in the area surrounding the apartments. Local specialties include gazpacho soup and seafood paella. Torremolinos is 9 miles from Málaga and 4 miles from Benalmadena, where there is plenty of vibrant nightlife. There is a regular bus service to both cities which leaves from Carlota Alessandri Avenue, 270 yards from the apartments. Málaga Airport is 4 miles away. Hotel Rooms: 14

Fantastic apartments in a great location, spotlessly clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Sea front room is definately worth paying extra for, you could'nt get any closer to the beach, they are studio rooms with a small kitchenette area with ample utensils for making snacks etc. Very good air con also. We love the Carihuela area and will definately stay at Plazamar apartments when we return, would'nt stay anywhere else!!

Nice clean hotel room with small kitchen area inc fridge/kettle etc. We had a balcony with a table and two chairs which was overlooking the square. Good location right in the heart of Carihuela's shops bars and restaurants and next to the beach. Very nice, friendly staff.

The location of the apartments was the main reason to stay there. Having already stayed in La Carihuela quite a few times before, we exactly where we were going. I was contacted by the owner Carmen after booking to organise our arrival time and to confirm requests made. She was waiting for us on our arrival at 10 P.M. and was helpful and charming. She gave us a bottle of water each which was a really nice touch. Our sea view balcony on the second floor was fantastic, The room was not huge but it suited us perfectly. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the cleaning lady most accommodating. The elevator was a welcome surprise. After check out, Carmen arranged a place for our luggage and gave us a key so we could collect it later on in the evening. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

A great location overlooking the beach,great to relax on our balcony,soaking up the morning sun,watching the world go by. So glad we stayed here,so convenient for the beach,shops,bars and restaurants. A truly classy area,much nicer than the busy Torremolinos centre. Staff were helpful and very friendly,and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping the apartment spic and span.Will definately return in the near future.

It was located overlooking the mediterranean sea with a south facing balcony. so with the sun shining, even in february it was really warm and sheltered. the room itself was in an excellent stateof cleanliness and the hot/cold aircon unit a plus. the facilities would grace an hotelof a superior class and we can only praise the staff for their helpfulness and attention. The was nothing we could complain of about this accomodation

We highly recommend this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect ... although probably noisy in the busy season, but you are right by the promenade so this is to be expected. The rooms were clean. The WiFi signal was faint.

Location, excellent. It is nice and quiet. Staff are very welcoming (from receiving an email after booking the room) to being welcomed at the hotel. Room is cleaned every day. I would definately suggest a beach side room as it gets the sun. Lovely. Free WiFi was also a welcome bonus. It could do with a microwave in the room.

It was right on the beach, easy accessible to shops. I did not like the bed it was not the most comfortable and the shower temperature fluctuated quite badly from very hot to extremem cold.

Friendly welcome and staff always helpful. Very relaxed, easy-going and trustful approach to guests - come and go as you please. Small additional facilities were readily provided and others offered without asking - very nice. Central location in pedestrianised area - taxis and buses nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Daily room cleaning very well done. Lacked for nothing and all very satisfactory. Fairly faultless establishment.

No proplem to get sleep over night, quiet area.. You couldn`t get a taxi just outside the hotel. Taxi station was about 200-300 meters away from apartamentos.

Location near shops ,restaurants and bars. Sun on balcony for most of the day. Very noisy and had a few sleepless nights. Reception did not keep to published open times, 10.30am to 2.30pm. Two days not even there by 11.15am when we went out, I think if no one was leaving or arriving they did not bother to come in
