Pretty basic apartments and in need of a bit of TLC !

We had a very good time, weather good and it was quiet. There were two pools one had a great pool but all flagged around the other had a poor pool but a sea front bar and lots of trees and grass. The complex was spacious and at all times tidy. Lots of interesting places to visit and good bars and food all around

The only thing with both pools was the smell which came from the outfall pipe at times which emptied into the sea. You need to be quite mobile as everything is on steep slopes apart from the actual harbour

Just a few steps from marina and beach, cozy secluded patio inside.

Close to the beach and swimming pool, paid parking at the port, kitchen - very handy with kids. Spacious rooms, coin laundramat by reception. Loved it.

Nice apartment. Friendly and helpfull staff. Close to the harbour and so on. We go back. That's for sure!

There was no television in the appartment. That's the only thing i would recommend.

Good kitchen facilities. Free satelite TV. Friendly and helpful concierge. Great views.

Old fashioned and gloomy apartment. Only 2 cleaner's visits during our stay (1 week). Car parking nearly impossible. Hills a bit tough for oldies.

The location is fantastic, being right in the centre of the village of Los Gigantes, very near the harbour. The pool is lovely too, being designed by Cesar Manrique, like a smaller version of the lidos in Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz. Apartment itself very spacious and nicely furnished.

The lift should carry a government health warning, as it set off with a huge jolt. The outside area surrounding the apartments and the reception area could all do with a lot of tlc, it looks very down at heel. We also expected a tv in our room, but did not get one.

Loved the view. The staff were friendly and kind. Loved convenience of local supermarket being near. Like being near the Marina. Like the pool facility and its cafe.

Didn't like the lack of information in the appartment as I don't like having to ask for everything. Didn't like lack of sun on balcony.

The appartments are placed at one of the most beautiful place on the island, there a nice beach just beside and access to the pool on the other side. The place is definetly not new and comfort is not the best but the appartments are roomy and the kitchen though with the minimum equipment has a real oven which is good ! and a big fridge. The best is to have discreet neighbourgs cause the walls have ears and some people don't get the concept of sitting on an open air balcony and discussing high in the middle of the night, but that's nothing to do with the appartments. The cleaning was done and towels changed every 2 days.

Can be tricky to find a parking space sometimes. But there are only very few to offer a parking with the room on the island. Old equipment and sink making noise at all times. Spartiat beds.

Good location - close to beach and port, nice view, close to Maska. Big and clean rooms. No ants.

Poor kitchen facilities and service. Problems with parking - it was difficult to park a car in Apartamentos' garage. There are no TV in some rooms.

Perfect location. If you are not very capricious about the room, but more about nature about this is the place for you

Sa situation géographique entre la piscine, le port et la plage lui donne un plus sur beaucoup d'autres structures. Appart spacieux et terrasse appréciable.

la réception se rapproche plus d'une conciergerie qu'une réception d'hôtel...mais reste serviables.

апартаменты взяли трехместные, что вышло по той же цене, что и двухместный, однако с нормальным видом на океан (на последнем 4 этаже, ниже вряд ли что-то было бы видно). за 37 евро/ночь очень неплохой вариант получился: небольшой пляж в 2 мин. хотьбы, бесплатный доступ в бассейн по-соседству, кухня, холодильник, большой балкон с лежаками, просторный зал, отдельная спальня. определенно лучше арендовать машину, т.к. до крупных пляжей пешком и уж тем более до достопримечательностей острова никак, только на транспорте. в целом район спокойный, ночью тишина, поблизости дайв-центр, рестораны, магазины...

просили двухместную кровать, дали твин. на кухне куча муравьев, на барной стойке лучше ничего не оставлять. пол под демонтированным биде в ванной выглядит не очень приятно. лифт не всегда работал. в целом отелю пора, видимо, сделать косметический ремонт. интернет за 18 евро/неделя - выглядит довольно дорого, благо ловило на площадке в коридоре четвертого этажа (над патио, где официально предоставляется бесплатный доступ через Wi-Fi).

отель находится в прекрасном месте на побережье, рядом скалы, океан, пляж. хорошо для тех, кто любит тишину и спокойствие. любителям тусовок и шумных компаний будет скучно.

отель старенький -не помешал бы ремонт. бесплатный интернет только на рецепшене. не поняли систему уборки номеров -то убирались три дня подряд, потом было затишье несколько дней и опять убрали 2 дня подряд. туалетные принадлежности надо привозить с собой- в ванной нет шампуня, геля, фена. за 8 ночей ни разу не поменяли постель. из всех заявленных бассейнов работал только один с обычной водой.
