Amazing Staff, quiet and very good for people with children
the view was superb
Clean spacious apartment. Great location. Access to a pool with sunbeds included. 2 minute walk to beach. Restaurants, shops & bars just outside hotel. Free wifi in hotel reception.
No air conditioning or fan, which is a must considering night temperature was around 25 Celsius. Only received fresh towels once, should have been daily. On using the oven in the apartment the smoke alarm went off, the worrying thing was that it was going off for about 10 minutes until I went to reception to inform them the alarm was going off. Getting parking close to the hotel is usually impossible. I would recommend this hotel however.
The location was excellent , close to harbor, beach, restaurants.
The apartment dint have the basic needs of kitchen, not even cleaning towels/items or liquid. the house tiles were broken , bumpy the toilets had mouldy tiles, not clean , water dumps. The beds were worst , each room had twin but both different heights and almost used for years with bump and broken springs. the directions to rooms were not clear. the staff were not friendly , though we had paid for parking the night before , the early morning staff refused to open the gates of parking , we almost missed our flight for their misunderstanding. will NOT recommend this hotel. Will strongly suggest if this is being read by housing society , then they raid the place and mark NOT fit for living.
The older worldly feeling of the place. I loved the fact the apartments were spacious. I liked the fact there was 2toilets in the apartment. Actually I could happily live in the apartment.
The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. The decor is very run down. The lovely wood trim is being eaten away by termites. Some of the outside stairs and walk ways are in need of urgent repair..
Excellent location, one minute from Los Gigantes and the beach, 5 minutes from the commercial streets of the town. Good size apartments, clean with the required facilities. Good value for money.
Tired accommodations but expected for this price. You have to be lucky with the neighbours as many families settle there for one or more weeks and are totally oblivious of the time - music, screams at 2am.

Good location for sea trip
Fabulous view of the marina and mountains. Pleasant small town with British bars and restaurants. Lovely beach.
The apartment needs refurbishment. The toilet took 2 days to flush and there was no hot water.
Excellent location right next to the beach and marina with amazing views of Los Gigantes. A bit dated as others have mentioned but the price and location make up for that. I would definitely stay there again.
Only comment is that they could update the bedspread & shower curtain.
Location was good
Apartment needed a bit of attention, kitchen drawers didn't open properly and sink was leaking water underneath, no plugs in bathroom bath or sink
Great view from balcony overlooking marina, cliffs, sea and la gomera. Lots of bars in restaurants closeby (krishnas excellent Indian is up hill a couple of hundred yards). Can park in underground car park for 10 euros per day. Good facilities for making food.
Although clean, rooms 41 and 39 were dated and needed updating. Wining noise in bedroom of 39. No WiFi in rooms.
Fabulous sea view (though not from all apartments).Closeness to the marina, beach, restaurants and shop. Access to lido and sea pool free of charge.Helpful, friendly staff Quiet in spite of central location.
Apartments, though spotlessly clean and serviced twice in seven days, are VERY TIRED. Windows and balcony door frames badly fitting and crumbling with woodworm. Wardrobe and kitchen cupboards smelt musty.Cooking equipment was sparse and inadequate. Outside common areas unkempt. Wooden balcony rails wormy and in poor repair. Only the position of the complex makes the price of a stay there worth the money paid.
Pet pigeons on the balcony. The view from balcony. The pool and restaurant area. Proximity to the harbour for boat trips.
No TV in the room. Could do with modernising. No late facilities for water etc when checking in late.
Close to Lido and Harbour
Little bit dated and worn, but clean.
Location couldn't be better. Quiet at night. Beautiful view over harbour from balcony. Restaurants and supermarkets close by.
In need of updating. Lots of chipped tiles. Woodwork needs varnishing , steps and walkways quite risky in places.
Stonning view from tarase, location is perfect for divers, nature buty seekers, 1 minute from harbour where you can eat best English breakfast in a town in a cafe "Fat chicken" run by lovely English couple and best Taps bar (last bar in harbour) on Tenerife run by Antonio and her wife . Very helpful and responsive personel, cleaning service was more often than I expected to have.....those kind of places where you want come back again and again
Entire place has been "touched by time" and in longer term will require refurbishement, especially bathrooms
We are planning comming back next year!
Very slow WiFi in the internetarea; unacseptable!
The location was amazing, and the views stunning.
There was nothing I really disliked. We got more than what we paid for.
Stunning view. Nice quiet resort.Very clean apartments. Helpful staff. Good value.
Needs some updating.
Quiet, clean, great location, pool and beach nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to stay here again.
Everything was very good!
prima ruim appartement
Still trying to think of something! Yes the pool area is great ! In reality it was cheap and we got what we paid for !
The whole place is tired and in need of maintenance. No air con and the walls are paper thin.
