Close to everything you could possibly want in Seville.
Be warned, this is a noisy part of town and some bedrooms face onto street so if you sleep lightly, this is not a place for you. Earplugs essential.
Location was good Soft pillows
Wifi didn't work at all - management didn't care and blamed previous guests for using all the data. Very noisy, the bed is beside a window onto a busy street. We had people walking by talking loudly all night. Huge 'air conditioner' was very noisy but had to be used as windows had to stay closed to keep some noise out. All the lights are very dim.
Perfected located, it's a charming flat in a building that used to be a part of the bull ring.
With such a nice flat, it's not acceptable that some simple details were forgotten. The couch was full of sand, the toilet was kind of broken and the Internet connection was simply terrible. Apart from that, the schedules were too tight (check in after 4 pm, check out until 11 am.
The tiny elevator, but at least there's one!
Location is great, 3 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral. Many bars and restaurants are nearby.
The apartments were on the first floor which was very low so we could see people going along the street. And it was very noisy because of the restaurants and it was a very busy street in general. In the description, the windows were from ceiling to the floor, but they were of average size. The wifi was very slow so it was impossible to connect to some web pages. The washing machine was very old and worked very loudly. The sofa in the kitchen area was very dirty. The sheets weren’t changed during our 2 weeks stay in spite of my request to change them at least once a week. But the worst thing was huge cockroaches, we saw three of them during our stay, they were disgusting.
The washing machine was not working. The responsible handed the keys promised to regularize the next day or to change our room. Having got the money disappeared. We are not made or a call
The fact that you can not check in between 14:00 - 16:00.
The location is terrible, right by a very noisy street and the walls are paper thin (noise from cars and noisy mopeds passing and people talking/chanting going on until 2-3am even on weekdays). The apartment was not cleaned properly (bathroom walls were grubby), toilet was a bit wobbly and the washing machine broken. Kitchen not well equipped (not enough glasses, no colander etc.) but ok for basic cooking. Bed really uncomfortable (mattress way too soft). Major fire security issue with the front door - you need a key to open it from inside (no door handle) and the key gets stuck every time, so in case of emergency/fire and, given metal bars in the windows and no other emergency exit, you may be trapped in the apartment. Overall, I wish we stayed in a hotel instead. Will never go back there again.
The location was perfect for sightseeing. The apartment was very modern with a view of the Giralda.
The kitchen and bathroom were on the small side as we were five adults sharing.. There was a washing machine but no hanging or ironing facilities.. The lift was very small, two persons maximum.
it's location was excellent
- the front ground floor flat was very noisy due to being holy week and thousands of people walking down the street until the early hours - the front door grill was left to bang shut loudly - there was no coffee machine although new kettle was provided when requested - the keys to all 4 doors required a lot of jiggling to operate - there were cockroaches in the bathroom
Aileen's responds was quick to arranging the cleaning people to come over and clean what was missed
the couch was dirty
