Apartamentos Quintero  

Great location right off the plaza SanFrancisco, very central to Saville, nice and clean. Very nice neighborhood, everyone was so nice.

Difficult to find, parking is some distance from the location.

Communication prior to arrival was on point and a map of how to reach the apartment was also included. The reception by the hostess was great. She provided us witch some tips of where to go and eat. I would book the apartment again when in Sevilla.

The photos make the room look bigger than it actually is. It's small, but nevertheless a great place to stay.

Perfect location in a quiet street in the centre of Sevilla. Nicely furnished small modern appartment in an older building. Ideal for a citytrip.

Only one pair of keys for 4 persons is not very convenient.

Finding it. Directions were difficult to follow as it was down a walking street and it was pouring down rain with no where to pull over. We drove around the city for ovt an hour which caused us to have a late check in and pay extra euros. Grid to communicate with the owner but we don't speak Spanish and she doesn't speak English. That would be my only complaint.

The apartment was fantastic. Fresh, clean, quiet, modern and located right in the centre of the city. Our children loved the sleeping loft and I loved the openess, light and air. Lots of great places to eat nearby and close (ie walking distance) to most tourist sites. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend the apartments to anyone.

The only thing to be aware of is that it is an open plan apartment and although the sleeping spaces are visually separate there are no walls to stop noise.

Good location right near the cathedral, alcazar and old Jewish quarter, comfortable beds, clean and pretty, reasonable price for the space and a kitchenette

Advertised as a 2bedroom but it is actually a studio with an open loft (2 beds in the loft only safe for older kids-the loft divider is low so a younger kid could fall out) and a section with a partial divider with 2more beds. This is not a true 2bedroom with rooms and doors. Also a bit loud- noise from other rentals on the floor woke me 2 nights at 1am. Short on enough toilet paper and coffee/tea for the stay.

Great location in the center of Seville. Everything walking distance. Beautiful apartment with room to spread out for our family of 5. Great shower and washer available. Wonderful owner.

Locatie is top, echt in het centrum van de stad. En in het rustig straatje, dus 's nachts niet al te veel lawaai van buiten.

Parkeren in de buurt is lastig. Als je slecht ter been bent, of veel baggage hebt, dan is de locatie niet practisch.

Appartamento molto pulito, ben arredato, centrale, in posizione ottima in quanto a poca distanza dalla Cattedrale , con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima la ricezione wifi

La seconda camera da letto in realtà è un soppalco con altezza insufficiente per stare in piedi

La posizione è ottima per visitare Siviglia a piedi. L'appartamento è strutturato in modo razionale.

La mancanza di ricambio d'aria, in quanto le finiestre si affacciano su un chiostro cieco. Anche nel bagno (cieco) manca un sistema di aspirazione e quindi può essere un problema.

La limpieza, utensilios deteriorados, la altura del techo de la segunda planta (1,20), y sus reducidos espacios.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación en el centro de Sevilla. Es muy cómodo para recorrerte toda la ciudad. Está en una calle tranquila.Tiene lo necesario para 4 personas. Es un alojamiento muy recomendado para familias con hijos o amigos, ya que no existen habitaciones, es un espacio abierto con dos camas en un altillo que dan al salón, muy cómodas y las otras dos camas están separadas de la zona del sofá y la cocina por una pared abierta arriba y a un lado. El báño está muy bien, y la ducha estupenda. Es pequeñito pero acogedor. Hemos estado muy agusto. Y la dueña, Lola, se preocupa si surge algún problema, pero te deja a tu aire. Muy maja.

La limpieza del apartamento podía mejorarse bastante más. Se supone que al entrar acaban de hacer la limpieza, pero había polvo que no era de unas horas y debajo del sofá encontramos dos vasos de plástico de los anteriores inquililinos. El baño también necesitaba más limpieza. Y lás sábanas no estaban sucias pero no eran recien puestas limpias. Tuvimos mala suerte porque nos tocó en el apartamento de al lado una cuadrilla de gente joven que la primera noche no nos dejó dormir y al dar los apartamentos a un patio interior cerrado se oía todo. Pero hablamos con Lola el sábado y resolvió el problema, y a partir de eso, decir que se descansa mucho porque no se oye nada.

Lo que nos decidió a reservar los apartamentos es su cercanía al centro. Están ubicados junto a la plaza del Salvador, a 5 minutos de la Catedral y 3 del ayuntamiento. Son apartamentos muy espaciosos.

Si vas en coche es algo complicado llegar y sobre todo aparcar. Los parking de pago suelen salir por unos 15€ el día y no están muy retirados. Se oye bastante al resto de vecinos.

Zeer gehorig. Je kon letterlijk alles verstaan wat de buren vertelden.

Tutto Ok. Ottima la posizione otiimo il rapporto prezzo qualità.
