The staff were the best I have ever dealt with

Front facing appartments could be noisey until 11.30

Apartment was a bit tired, but did everything we needed. Shower and beds were fine, beds made and towels changed everyday. Pool was good, although small. All in all you got what you paid for.plenty of bars and restaurants near.

Having to pay extra for tv and wifi.

Kitchen & bathroom facilities very good, terrace & swimming pool both with sunbeds on top floor with views of the sea.

Our apartment 116 only had one entrance via the balcony which overlooked the back of another apartment block. The apartment was very hot and with no air con it was difficult to sleep. Fans were available but at an extra cost, as was the TV & Safety deposit box.

Location

The apart was clean, including all kitchen equipment (microwave, boiler, toaster, etc...) close to supermarket, walking distance from the beach. Nice small swimming pool on the roof.

The apart was small, it is more hotel room then apartment. Try to ask for a room on the back side of the street. The windows are not double isolated, no balcony and just on the opposite side of the apart a restaurant with live music till late in the night. Ac, tv and internet and are not for free.

Perfect location, clean room, comfortable kitchen, friendly and helpful staff. We got lots of interesting brochures and maps at the reception. Initially we planned to stay in another city but fell in love with Los Cristianos and booked this hotel via smart phone one day before the check-in, so... we did not have much time to think and choose. Stayed one night there and moved to another hotel. But we cannot say anything bad about it. It just was not the best one. Anyways, one night in this hotel didn't spoil our vacation and therefore it was great! :) We are happy. Thanks!

The boiler. First the water is cold, and in a few seconds dreadfully hot! Ouch! Plus, not enough warm water for two persons to take a shower. Dirty table at the terrace. The door clacked badly each time when opened.

Instalaciones anticuadas,habitación para 3 personas adultas con dos camas y un sofá incómodo,cocina de juguete,tv de pago,espacio habitable ridículo para 3 personas,piscina ridícula en la azotea sin una triste sombrilla y nos despertó el servicio de mantenimiento a las 11 de la mañana a martillazos debajo de nuestro apartamento.

Mange lejligheder ud til trafikeret vej. Støj (høj musik) til midnat fra "engelske" barer på den anden side af vejen. Wi-fi og TV kun mod betaling. Morgenmad først fra kl. 8.30.

Detta var transithotell för oss på väg till La Gomera, och som sådant fungerade det bra. Gångavstånd till busstation, strand och färjekaj. Rummet är litet, men det räcker till, och sängarna är bra.

Puben på andra sidan gatan lät en del sent på kvällen, men vi sov ändå. Det fanns inte WiFi.

Que cobren por la TV y la conexion Wifi, y una television del siglo pasado.

La noche que llegamos la cuna que habíamos reservado para nuestro bebé no tenía colchón. Lo dijimos en recepción y ese mismo día teníamos no sólo el colchón sino una trona y una cestita con champán y bombones pidiendo disculpas.El trato tanto del personal de pisos como en recepción es magnífico. Los apartamentos están bien equipados de acuerdo con el precio que tienen y están situados en una calle tranquila muy cerca del centro de Los Cristianos, por la noche no había ruido. Ideal para familias con niños pequeños.

Perfekte Lage wenn man zum Flughafen muss. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen "Bunkern" in Teneriffa Süd ist dieses Hotel nur drei - bis viergeschossig. Wir hatten ein Apartement mit Küche, Wonzimmer etc. zum absoluten Spitzenreis. Fast unschlagbar.

Gegenüber haben sich zwei Discotheken mit LIVE musik bis 2 uhr in der früh gematscht. Schade, denn dass kostet definitv schlaf, wenn man morgens früh raus muss.

WiFi und TV sind extra zu bezahlen. Nach 7 Minuten ist das heiße Wasser alle, laut Hotelinfo aus Umweltschutzgründen. Dieses wäre glaubhafter, wenn statt der vorhandenen, kleinen, elektrischen Boiler, eine Solaranlage für die Warmwasserbereitung existieren würde. Auf den Kanaren, in dieser Klimazone, eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

L'appartamento era nuovissimo...pulitissimo, una ragazza del personale è stata gentilissima con noi, siamo arrivati di sera, mi ha prestato persino il suo shampoo...ci ha dato informazioni sulla zona, ci hanno chiamato più volte per essere sicuri che fossimo arrivati!!! Insomma tutto perfetto!!!!

Per favore qualhe bustina di sapone monouso nel bagno!!!!
