The beds are very comfy

The WIFI does not work

We stay here because the beds are Tempur style mattresses and we always get a good nights sleep - critical for us as its a stop on the long drive to /from Portugal . The self catering aspect of the apartments is convenient ( though you do need to bring your own kettle - an odd omission ) . We like the walk down into Llanes ; a delightful town that gets better the more we visit and the more we discover walks and bars and so on - even the town beach is great . The garden is beautiful .. very restful and tended immaculately by the Owner .

For some inexplicable reason they are not straightforward about their wifi coverage .. it simply does not work in Apartment 2 on the ground floor . This has been the case on every visit over the last few years and its annoying for us as we are in transit and its important . We mention it to them each time , write about it in reviews and its always the same ! The conversations that follow are almost funny ... we are the only ones who have this trouble ... must be our laptop ( brand new top spec Macbook Pro ) .. during one of these conversations a German chap appeared in the reception , with a similar problem ... and I have seen reviews on both Bookings and Trip Advisor that refer to this issue . It would be nice if they would either fix it or be honest about it . Given the Brittany Ferries association and the fact that they have a fair number of English guests it would be nice if they could tune their very capable satellite system to include an English news channel .. such as BBC World - something we seem to find everywhere more or less ... such as where we are now in the wilds of the Alentejo . Our request for this also met with one of those responses ... as if we were making a silly and difficult request ..

Well equipped, very comfortable. Close to main road, but no traffic noise evident. beautiful views of mountains to the south and a glimpse of sea to the north. Quiet location. Llanis has a good supemarket, plenty of restaurants and bars and a vibrant atmosphere in the evenings. In a 10km drive you can get to either fabulous mountain scenery (edge of the Picos De Eupora national park) or to magnificent sandy beaches (Torimbia).

The only downside is that it's about a mile to walk to the town for the evening meal. On the way home take a torch as the final 400 metres is up a very dark lane.

Our second visit to this hotel which is ideally placed for beach, Picos de Europa and Santander. A very well family-run hotel. Excellent breakfasts and only a ten minutes walk into Llanes where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and availabilty of taxis to return to the hotel.

Nice little studio apartment with the possibility to self cater . Very comfy beds .. beautiful views and garden ..

It would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom and a shelf or similar in the shower area ... the wifi did not work in our room ( 2 ) throughout our stay as the signal was too weak ... a bit inconvenient for us but hopefully this will be fixed by the time we return in september .

Me ha gustado mucho.

Nada.

Los apartamentos están genial, tienen el tamaño y los servicios perfectos.

Sigue faltando una cortina o mampara de ducha!!! Cada vez que te duchas, o estás muy atento, o inundas el baño.

la verdad me ha encantado todo!! el personal fenomenal, la limpieza, el inmobiliario, la decoracion...todo estaba excelente!

El personal es muy amable, los apartamentos muy cómodos y bonitos, la vista es preciosa. Es un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, entre montañas y mar, es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia o entre amigos.

Amabilidad del personal, buena ubicación, los apartamentos estupendos, nuevos, limpios, bien insonorizados, buena ubicación por buen acceso a la Autovía. Muy cuidada la finca, entrañable y sinceramente muy recomendable. Nosotros fuimos en familia con niños de 16 y 14 años. Se puede ir a Llanes andando en 15 minutos en paseo tranquilo.

Todo en general, un trato muy grato, muy familiar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, bien decoradas y acomodadas, respecto a la cocina, gran variedad de utensilios. Está al lado de los Picos de Europa (unas vistas muy bonitas), al centro de Llanes se tarda unos veinte minutos andando. Los desayunos muy bien, también, son variados, caseros,... Las zonas que tiene ajardinadas están muy bien y por lo general, todo está muy bien cuidado y tratado con mimo. Muy recomendable :)

No tengo ninguna queja al respecto, quizás que la calefacción se pone un poco tarde, sobre las seis aprox. De la tarde.

El apartamento esta muy bien y es bastante espacioso.

Unos apartamentos muy chulos y el lugar también. Nuestra estancia fue solo de un día y apenas tuvimos trato con la chica de recepción, pero fue muy maja. Si tenemos aportunidad nos gustaría volver y disfrutar un poco más de ese entorno.

Ya nos habiamos alojado antes aquí y hemos preferido repetir antes que mirar cualquier otra opción. Muy agradables las personas que trabajan allí, un ambiente tranquilo, fenomenalmente decorado, limpio, bien equipado, con acceso a internet en todo el establecimiento, un jardín muy cuidado y, en nuestro caso muy importante, permiten que viajemos con nuestro perro... ¡¡Hasta él se puso como loco de contento al ver que volvíamos allí.

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda y el estudio estaba perfectamente equipado.

La calefacción esta programada de 18.30 hasta la 1.30 am, así que por la mañana estaba desapacible y en el cuarto de baño también.

Nos ha gustado todo.

Quizás la mesa que hay en los apartamentos se queda algo pequeña.

Todo el complejo de la Arquera es precioso: los jardines están muy buen cuidados y el apartamento que nos tocó era incluso más grande de lo que parecía en las imágenes de la página de internet. Todo en un estilo moderno y elegante y con perfectas instalaciones. También nos llamó la atención que la cocina estaba equipadísima: desde lavavajillas, lavadora, horno...hasta una cafetera. Las vistas a las montañas de los picos de europa terminan de completar toda esta estancia rural altamente recomendable.

Lo único advertir a los viajeros que toda la tranquilidad de estos apartamentos también es debido a que están un poco alejados de llanes centro y es necesario el coche cada vez que uno quiere salir de allí (por cierto, aparcamiento gratuito) La distancia no es mucho (unos 20 min andando) pero el trayecto a lo largo de una carretera es un poco desagradable para ir andando, no merece la pena.

El tamaño de las habitaciones y el excelente trato del personal, muy familiar.

La calefacción era insuficiente para estar confortable.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Buena relación calidad-precio; las instalaciones son muy nuevas.
