1) Location just steps away from Basilica and Goya museum. 2) Low price. 1) Accommodations and amenities are not up to 4-star standards (really should be advertised as 3-star). 2) Our room wasn't ready until after 5pm! 3) Parking is an ordeal - space is absurdly small for any normal sized vehicle (if coming by car, would strongly advise finding parking somewhere else). 4) Breakfast was chaotic - too many people trying to fit into a tiny dining area.

modern desing apartment .right in the city center of Zaragoza, wonderful view of "El Pilar".Very confortable beds and armchairs. You are not given the key of the garage, so must pass by the reception everytime you want to use your car.

The flexibility of an appartment as opposed to a hotel room. It is generally well thought out and equiped with the basics for a short stay. Good location if a little noisy at times but that goes with city life Lacking a kettle and large cups. Satelite tv all dubbed into Spanish, no English option at all. Matress too soft for us.

Great location, just steps from the main square. Room adequate but without any charm. Parking was horrific experience. Be sure if you use their parking your car is small otherwise when you make it up the winding ramp you'll smash your car.

I stayed at Sabinas Bayeu for 8 nights and was very happy with my choice. The room (and the bathroom) was spacious, nicely decorated, very quiet and with an inspiring view to the Basilica de El Pilar. The location is perfect - you are in the heart of the old town with many historical sights and excellent tapa places. The staff (located in hotel Sauce) is absolutely helpful and friendly. If I ever come to Zaragoza again I would definitely be staying at Sabinas Bayeu.

Very comfortable, location excellent for our needs. Maribel at the reception counter was very courteous and friendly and went out of her way to explain directions to the nearby attractions. Her enthusiasm and friendly nature was overwhelming. She even spoke to us about attractions at Madrid, and advised us to visit Toledo, which we later did, we had a wonderful time there.

The petc.sition was excellent, with a view of the basilica from our window. The room is not an apartment, despite the name. It was a reasonable size, but had no separate dining or sitting room - the only extra it had was a microwave which was pretty useless as there was no crockery or cutlery or anything else by was of cooking or eating facilities. The check-in at Hotel Sauce was no problem. It is just around the corner. Everything in the room was new and in working order. Comfortable bed etc. No coffee making facilities, although this is common in France and Spain. Most of the staff we dealt with were very pleasant, but the receptionist who checked us in (at 10.30pm) was quite rude. She complained that we were "mas tarde" - very late - and when I said I had sent an email saying we would be late, she said she hadn't received it even though I had received a reply saying our arrival time would be ok. Other staff were very helpful, so perhaps a bit of training might be needed for this individual.

Reception staff really helpful with inbound directions (GPS systems struggle with recently pedestrianised areas). Misunderstanding over room booked resolved with flexible and helpful staff. Perfect views of the Basilica. Parking thankfully next door - albeit with the tightest underground parking I've ever known. Compact car is best. Glass doors on toilet not always to everyone's liking and comfort!

Fabulous Location. Ideal for sightseeing or visiting family which was our purpose. You will totally enjoy the City and its friendly people. The accomodation is wonderful and the staff so helpful you will not want for anything. As a family attending a Wedding we had 4 apartments....Superb and from us that's praise indeed.

We liked absolutely everything about the Apartmamentos Sabinas Bayeu and cannot recommend it highly enough, superb service from friendly and knowledgeable male receptionist at Hotel Sauce. Brilliant location overlooking and not 100 metres from the Cathedral & Plaza. Our apartment was modern and spacious, well maintained, very comfortable with a full kitchen, crockery, cutlery etc, washing machine/dryer. However, we didn't use them very much as there is a fantastic selection of cafes, restaurants and tapas bars in and around the plaza. Wonderful location for exploring the great city of Zaragoza.

Loved this apartment! We rented a two-bedroom for four of us and were on the corner of the top floor looking out over the Plaza de Pilar...a beautiful scene! Apartment was well appointed, clean, convenient, and very well-priced for what you got. It had two baths, two bedrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer combo, ironing board, and a terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff too! We loved this place and can highly recommend it to anyone wanting a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Zaragoza. It can get a bit noisy at night since it's right above the Plaza.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with the apartments. Very clean with everything you needed. Staff were helpful. We stayed in a "delux room" which consisted on a large twin room, and an adjoining smaller room which had another single sofa bed. There was a flat screen TV in both rooms. The ensuite bathroom was excellent with a very large walk in shower. We also had a microwave, fridge and safe in the room. The location was perfect, views of a the cathedral which was literally seconds walk away. Also 5 mins walk from the roman theatre, local market etc. Absolutely loads of choice of local cafes and coffee shops/restaurants all within minutes from the apartments (on the street below in fact!), hence we didn't take advantage of the breakfast at hotel Sauce. Our favourite place for breakfast was cafe Espejo right below the apartments. It had the best tortilla! 2 coffees and 2 portions of tortilla for around 5.50 euros. Because of the central location, there was a little noise at night mainly at the weekend, but nothing that should put anyone off. It was all air conditioned. Zaragoza is a beautiful city and the apartments are a perfect base from which to explore it. There was a phone in the room, which we couldn't work out how to use, or what we were supposed to use it for? It didn't have any numbers on it. It would have been helpful at one point if we could have rung reception.

Fantastic location and valve for money. Great wi-fi reception and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. Car parking extremely tight (if you have anything larger than a small car). A kettle and toaster would be beneficial. But these are minor issues

The apartment is spacious in a beautiful upscale modern design with a well equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. The view of the Basilica is breathtaking. The location is walking distance to all shopping and restaurants as well. The staff of the hotel, about 50 m from the apartment, were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and all of our needs. This stay was definitely a highlight of the trip.
