Mr. Modesto was very helpful and accommodating. He even drove back to the apartment when we accidentally left the key inside and locked the place. Our trip tp Madrid was made a good one with his good nature. Muchas gracias Senor Modesto y a tu mujer.

Very modern, well-equipped apartment and the owners were very friendly & helpful - giving us a lot of helpful tips re: sights, restaurants & public transport to use within Madrid. Apartment easy walking distance from trains and grocery stores. The walls really thin, but we were warned about this (hotel reviews) and took earplugs with (just a pitty that you always get this selfish people that just don't care about other people's privacy and quiet needs!!) Would suggest some English TV-channels (was loads of channels, but all in Spanish!) Luckily we had our laptop to watch internet (great wi-fi facility available)

Beautifully renovated appt with everything you need. Good metro connections. Not recommended for non smokers. Smelled very strongly of smoke, to the point of causing sore throats, runny eyes and nose. I would not recommend this unit (1b) because of this. Too bad because it is a very nice apartment!

Big rooms with modern design and decor - fully equipped (T.V. - washing machine - iron) - near to metro station - the owner (and receptionist) was very friendly There was no reception desk. Arrangements to check in and check out had to made over the phone - There was no cleaning during the 6 days we stayed - difficulties in communication because the owner didn't speak English (generally in Spain don't speak English)

Ich war für ein Wochenende in Madrid. Die Appartments sind teilweise mit Terasse, alle sehr sauber, total ruhig gelegen, etwas hellhörig. Gut ausgestattet, sauber,alles aus dem neuesten Stand, WiFi, alles da. Service total nett und easy. U-Bahnhof in der Nähe, 40 min zum Flughafen, 20 min in die City. Im Norden von Madrid gelegen. Real-Madrid-Fußballstadion fußläufig. Wenn man ganz zentral wohnen will: woanders hingehen.

El apartamento es muy correcto. Muy nuevo, sencillo y muy bien equipado. El metro muy cerca y facil de llegar. Tener que llamar antes de llegar y salir. Te hacen pagar fianza.

El poder disponer de un pequeño apartamento en Madrid, que te permite más independencia que la estancia en un hotel. El trato con los responsables es familiar y directo. Pese a no existir una recepción, propiamente dicha, puedes comunicar con ellos en cualquier momento y en nada te resuelven cualquier duda o problema. El tener que depositar una fianza. Lo encuentro más propio de un alquiler particular.
