Like the authentic style. Very different. View over the Alhambra was beautiful

The noise of the cars & motorbikes in the street below - really quite loud preventing us from sleeping the first night.

Liked apartment and location abd the amazing view from the roof terrace.

Been on the ground floor, a lot of noise from people coming in late at night and leaving early.

This was a great find in Granada. View from the one-bedroom apartment was excellent. Size was large and more than enough room for 4 adults. Really happy with what we got and what we paid - great value for Granada. Location - everything that we wanted to see was walking distance from the apartment. The Albayzin is lovely and the Alhambra is about a 15 minute walk uphill. There's a bus that goes up if you don't want to walk. Note - this is an apartment so it's not serviced daily. The staff were probably the friendliest I've encountered during my 2 week stay in Spain.

The clothes washing machine was not working, thankfully I did a load of laundry in Madrid.

Apartment was nice with all we needed and would have been ok if not where it is.

The apartment building is on a very narrow street and up a hill. The access is difficult waking either up the hill or up many steps. Taxis do not want to go to this street.....when we arrived at the bus station, had a taxi load the luggage and when I told the driver the address of the building, he took all the luggage out and said he would not be able to get his car to go to the street. After a dozen taxis, one would take us to the apartment. I would not stay there again.

There are at least two English speaking contact persons. They can be reached by phone & they reply to my emails in a reasonable time. Naomi was very helpful to resolve any issues arising in the apartment.

Air conditioner did not work properly We were sent to a different building at a different street, only two beds instead of four. Kitchen was dirty Did not have light in bedroom, called twice and never showed up Only two small beds, my children had to sleep together in a couch with really bad mattress Did not have any matches for the stove Not given enough toilet paper, called for more and never heard back We did not have soap for washing machine, not even for one time We were not given any shampoo Outlets in the living room and kitchen were hanging from the wall. There were ants in the kitchen cabinets Towels were thin and old. Bath tub was filthy with mold I took pictures, I will share with you

Very comfortable apartment with amazing view of the Alhambra from the rooftop deck. The neighborhood boasts winding streets, stairs leading to the river, colorful markets, museums & plazas with music and tapas around every corner. Like another world & one of my favorite places in Spain.

    That I couldn't stay longer!

We stayed on 3rd floor with our small child, not a problem, excellent elevator. Nice cosy apartment, self-cleaning no problem as I even don't like other people coming and putting my things into order as in normal hotels. Excellent location, both on the way to town centre, Alhambra and Sacromonte tops. Staff was very kind and provided child bed and extra kitchen facilities for making children food. Kitchenette well equipped, almost like at home. When management staff was not on spot, I met a nice cleaning lady Djamila who helped me with bus information (Spanish speaking, but for me not a problem). EXCELLENT roof terrace with a terrific view of Alhambra. Really an exclusive pro.

Bathroom ventilation could have been better, but because of our child diapers, another faint stink was not a big problem. Because management staff is not there the whole day, really only to meet new people coming, once at night there were newcomers who were calling all apartments because they could not reach the managers. But I believe that was a force majeur situation.

Perfectly located in the Albacin bario right in the middle of everything Fantastic rooftop with a beautiful view on the Alhambra, perfect to have some home made tapas and a drink before going out.

The building is a bit noisy For that price you expect the wifi to work in the rooms and not only in the lobby

Very helpful, friendly staff. View from the communal terrace and ability to relax there. Good access to Albaicen area of Granada Enjoyed the May fiesta very much although really only stumbled on this. Would have been useful to have this info. Available in apartment.

Uncomfortable small bed, we would have preferred twin beds. No obvious capability for drying clothes, even though washing machine provided, and we wanted to use this facility being there for 11 days.

Location is perfect. Take bus 3 or 33 from the autobus station to the cathedral. Take a taxi from the cathedral to the apartment at 3.5 euro. In the heart of albaycin you can walk up the Sacromonte or walk down the Santa Ana and take a mini bus going up the Sacromonte. Near bars and tapas restaurants and Arab flea markets. You can see the Alhambra from the roof deck which is beautiful especially at night.

Except for the cobble stones (hard on feet in high heels!) the location is good...only a short distance from Plaza Nueva, taxis, shops, cafe's etc. Facilities in the apartment are excellent. We will recommend Santa Ana for you.

Not enough light above the kitchen sink. We think there was a lamp bulb needing replacing. The noise from the building next door woke us up too early! As soon as the building is finished no more problem?!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially the cleaning lady. The room was very clean and all the equipment needed for self catering was available. The views of the Alhambra from the roof terrace were spectacular!!!.

The only fault we had was the noise from the street even though we were on the top floor and unfortunately the building work that was being carried out on a nearby house.

Great staff Perfect location View from the roof terrace!

Appartments opening on the patio can be a little noisy when loud neighbours are coming back home! Heating was way too high when we arrived

Location, a short walk to every thing, but down hill then up! Great view of Alhambra from roof terrace (around 400m away accross the valley). Clean neat well equiped...and good value at least when I was there (mid October 13).

WiFi should be extended to the rooms please (or at least the roof terrace)...really a first world problem and for 45E a night...really not a problem! and even the taxi drivers are confused by the one way system.....

The staff at Apartamentos Santa Anawere very friendly and gave valuable advice re purchasing tickets for the Alhambra at the Alhambra shop near Plaza Nueva. We were very happy with our studio apartment on the 1st floor with a small balcony overlooking a narrow street. The kitchette had the basic cooking appliances and utensils. The apartments are in the old town and very close to restaurants and tourist attractions especially the Alhambra.

The apartment was great during the day but a nightmare at night when trying to sleep. The small cobbled stoned road was busy and noisy with cars and motorbikes. Late night(early morning) party goers returning home - singing, laughing and clapping but maybe this was because it was a Friday night. On Saturday the staff at Santa Ana kindly moved us to a lower floor apartment at the back of the building - no view but we could sleep. If driving to Granada it pays to shop around for the best price with public car parks. Beware some taxis won't drive in these narrow streets - so ensure they can deliver you to the door with your luggage.

The Arabic quarter was bful. Bus 30 to the Alhambra was excellent. 15 min walk to a flamenco show. Lovely village setting.

The apartments pick up a lot of street noise so if u are light sleeper this will not suit you unless you get the back room. Staff were helpful in moving us but still noisy. Cleaning lady is helpful if u speak Arabic or French.
