Apartamentos Turisticos Costa Azul Granada

It hard to find the hotel in the narrow roads of the city. The check-in is in s different place.

The staff in the hotel reception were friendly and helpful. They gave us a blow dryer and an internet cable. The place looks brand new and is clean and comfortable. Authentic area and within walking distance to all. You can drive car up to the hotel reception.

You need an internet cable to plug in behind the couch, but we didn't know it wasn't wireless until we couldn't get on the internet. The street can be a bit noisy until 4am but is part of the experience. They should supply paper towels and salt and pepper.

Friendly staff, central location, warm, wired internet (don't forget to ask for cable when collecting the keys, socket is behind sofa), 2 double beds, parking is relatively close (although a bit pricey). Overall I do recommend staying there.

Insignificant, but a bit more detail beforehand to find the flats easier would have been nice (after collecting your keys), look for number 19.

very friendly and pleasant staff, very nice location not far from the city center and Alhambra, the apartment was nicely equipped. We were travelling with a little baby and there was a baby-bed with a nice soft covering and protection along the sides of the bed. Also the owner of the apartments has found a baby-chair (apparently they didn't have one before). There was no obstacles (ex. stairs, like in some other apartments) to get into the apartment with a baby-trolley.

To stay in a hotel or an apartment is a question of choose, with their vantages and disvantages. If your option is to stay in an apartment, Costa Azul is the right place. Everything is good, the apartment installation, the friendly people, etc. The localization is also very good.

Roomy apartment, with many home-like features. We used the laundry, although there was no detergent supplied. Great location.

Although the apartment had "wired" internet, it was hidden behind the television and pretty much impossible to access. Parking was tricky, but we eventually succeeded! The bathroom was dank smelling, and the cleaning service left the mop & bucket in the room (likely a source of the odor). Over-priced compared to similar locations.

Difficultés d'accès en voiture, ce qui est d'ailleurs spécifique à tout le centre de grenade.

El apartamento era cómodo e igual que en las fotos. La situación es bastante buena. Aunque no quedaban plazas en el parking su privado tienen un acuerdo con algunos de los garajes de Granada para que te hagan descuento.

La señal de la televisión se fue la primera noche y no lo arreglaron (estuvimos dos noches). Al estar en la zona de bares, por la noche (los fines de semana) hay un poco de ruido, pero nada exagerado.

Mi familia y yo estamos encantados de habernos alojado en estos apartamentos. Están muy céntricos, en una buena zona para tapear, muy bien equipados. Y el trato del personal es magnífico, nos atendieron muy amablemente y nos explicaron todas las dudas que teníamos con el tema de las visitas a los distintos monumentos (parque de las ciencias, alhambra, catedral, sierra nevada...), y el último día, nos facilitaron el tema de cargar con el equipaje, ya que se quedaron en la recepción con nuestras maletas mientras terminabamos de hacer las últimas compras.

Situación inmejorable, muy buena relación calidad precio

Ubicación, esta ceca de bares y tiendas y ocio nocturno. El mobiliario esta bien.

La ausencia de calefacción en el cuarto de baño, el agua caliente se gasta muy rápido y la limpieza se podria mejorar un poco.

Atentamente nos cambiaron de apartamento rápidamente

Posizione ottima per visitare la città e per la vita notturna. Lo staff che gestisce l'appartamento è lo stesso del Hostal costa azúl ed è disponibilissimo. Ci hanno prenotato la visita alla Alhambra

Me ha gustado mucho, el personal fue agradable y nos ayudo en todo momento.

Le linge était sale et en quantité insuffisante pour faire le lit du canapé. Pour le même prix nous avions une pièce de plus dans un appartement de bon standing dans le centre de Madrid. Très décevant

Excellent location in the centre of city- Parking for our car very close to our apartment- Modern,spacious apartment with a small but convenient, well equiped kitchen. Washing machine also provided. Unfortunately, we stayed only for 1 night but we all (2 couples and 2 children) really enjoy our stay there. - Good price-Highly recommended for families or group of friends.

They did't have many keys for the parking door near the apartment.! So, staff disturbed us, early in the morning, to give him our keys, for a while, in order to convenient the owner of another car in the parking. He returned the keys to us, within 5-10 min. But it was a little bit annoying.

Me ha gustado la calidad del apartamento y que la decoración sea moderna y no parezca una pensión vieja. La ubicación es excelente está en todo el centro junto al ayuntamiento, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios típicos de Granada.

La dame qui nous accueille en français, l'appartement impeccable et la bonne situation géogrpahique, super pour le prix!

L'accueil et le dévouement des personnes de l'accueil très serviables. Bien situé pour visiter à pieds.
