The kitchen was woefully understocked. Two glasses, two cups, two plates, an assortment of mismatched cutlery, and one cooking pot, so there was no real chance of making something in the evening.
I was in Room 101 on the ground floor, and it was very noisy, because people were playing paddle tennis until well after 10pm each night, and the double glazing/sound inhibition was very poor. You could hear every car, and person's conversation with the doors/shutter, and the blinds closed!
I also found the place a little dark, the lighting is quite subdued, and there was no bulb in the bedside lamp.
The customer service/reception was very good. All staff were polite, professional, and helpful.
The location was accessible, even if you travelled by public transport.
The room was spotless,, towels were replaced, and the bed made each morning.
There was also a little tea pan to boil water for a cup of tea, or coffee
The place was near shops, and the Lidl supermarket was a ten/fifteen minute walk.
