Location was excellent just in the center of Granada. We even have a parking in the same apartment building which is very convenient and reasonable price. The staff was so friendly, helping us with the parking, luggage, city tours, all kind of suggestions and gave us an alternative to spend a heavy rainy day in the science museum where to enjoy children and parents. We really recommend this place As per all bed sofas it was not so comfortable but good enough for our child

Lots of room, very clean. Location is not the best. Located down a long, graffiti filled alley. Did not feel comfortable in the area at night.

The location was very good, 5 min. from the city center ( by walk ). The bed was comfortable as well. Firstly, it wasn't easy to find it because of some road reconstuction in the near area. You need to walk to fill the ckecking documents to the another hotel, which was a 3-5 min. from the appartment. If you gave the passports to them ( maybe 2- or 3 pcs ) you are not able to pick up it alone, ( husband for his wife) every passport- owner need to go to the hotel reception, and sign one documents for them.. It is very uncomfortable. Mainly, that they didn't told you it, when you arrived. The room was direct on the street level, but we asked under the booking procedure a quiet room. It was very very noisy. The walls are thin, you could here everybody who arrive to the appartment house.

The apartment was well furnished and very roomy. The washer was a nice touch for a family traveling after a week. Location was in fact a lot farther from Alhambra than advertised. Not within walking distance. Getting to the apt. Parking was difficult due to the very narrow city streets and alley where apt. Was located. Putting the car on the lift for parking was an adventure.

The apartment that we stayed at was very cute- well designed and comfy! We had a little mishap- the power went off and we weren't able to get it back on. I called Hotel Las Nieves, which runs the apartments, and after 10pm there is only one person on duty with no back-up or other emergency number. I was able to get a key to another room and move. The manager gave us 10% off of our check. They should have someone as an emergency back-up!

The receptionist was wonderful. She spoke good English which made things easier for us and we felt welcome. We had been too nervous to attempt the inner Granada traffic through the one way system so left the car on the outskirts of the city and the receptionist arranged for someone to accompany one of us back to the car and bring it to their private parking building. She also explained how and where to buy our Alhambra tickets. The apartment was a good size and the heating system was really good and heated the whole apartment.

Situation idéale en plein centre ville. Un parking accessible par ascenseur permet de garer son véhicule, mais il faut mieux envisager de ne pas trop utiliser son véhicule car les manoeuvres sont difficiles. Le personnel vous propose de garer votre voiture. Une jeune et très sympathique réceptionniste parle très bien le Français à l'accueil. L'équipement de la cuisine pourrait être amélioré

La situation en pleine ville à 2 pas du centre et proche de l'Alhambra. On peut garer sa voiture par l'ascenseur à voiture (et oui) le personnel vou spropose de la garer si vous ne vous sentez pas l'envie, autrement avec quelques manoeuvres c'est faisable. J'y retourne sans soucis Nous étions au RdC, l'appartement est très bien mais sombre. Si vous restez comme nous pluiseurs jours demandé le premier ou second. Ne vous inquitez pas il y a un ascenseur.

me he encontrado muy a gusto. Ideal para ir con niños. cocina completa, tostador y microon, ah! llevaros estropajo. El aparcamiento del hotel de dificil acceso, pero con la ayuda del personal, sin problemas.

Het personeel is uitstekend en behulpzaam en de appartementen zijn schoon en ruim. De bedden zijn echt vreselijk slecht.

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación del apartamento, muy cerquita de la catedral. Nos costó un poco llegar, ya que las calles de acceso son peatonales y solo son transitables para los residentes. Gracias a Pilar, un verdadero gps andante, pudimos llegar sin problemas. El apartamento es nuevo, muy acogedor y completo en cuanto a elementos de cocina y baño. Hay un patio privado para todos los residentes del apartamento que es ideal para el verano. Desgraciadamente, el tiempo no acompanó para poder disfrutarlo. Las camas son un tanto incómodas. La decoración del salón se ha realizado en naranja, lo que supone que no solo los visillos son de este color, sino también las pantallas de las lámparas. Esto hace que reine la oscuridad tanto de día como de noche. Estéticamente es muy bonito, pero no es práctico.

El apartamento muy bien en todos los sentidos, limpio y muy practico El garaje es con ascensor y para un coche grande es complicado. La zona esta bien aunque la calle concreta del apartamento es un poco mas apartada

Muy céntrico y tranquilo. El personal es muy amable y atento. Al ser una zona complicada para aparcar, te ayudaban a entrar y sacar el coche del garaje a cualquier hora. El servicio de limpieza diario en los apartamentos (incluido). Que no pongan bolsa de basura en el cuarto de baño. La limpieza diaria se agradece, aunque fue regular.
