My first visit to Granada was enhanced by the great apartment. So centrally placed, it was a joy to tumble back into at the end of some very long days enjoying the sights of you beautiful city.
Nothing springs to mind......thank you
Perfect apartment for a long weekend with everything we needed, extremely helpful staff. Excellent location for exploring the city.
We loved the set up of the whole apartment, it had all we needed apart from somewhere to hang the washing. Very well thought out, a home away from home.
location, friendly staff, amenities, ease of checkin, everything you need for a few days or longer, would definitely come back to this apartment.
I liked the fact that the apartment is in the beautiful old part of Granada. It is not too far from the train and bus station, by taxi at least. It is located quite close to the Alhambra palace. The apartment has a large, sunny terrace. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a very good wi-fi signal in the apartment.
The apartment is not huge, especially the kitchen. In terms of the floor space, a lot of it has been given over to the terrace, maybe a bit too much. The apartment is on, what looks like a fairly minor sidestreet. It is actually quite a well used sidestreet and the noise from the street, both from motor vehicles and people, can be quite loud. The apartment is situated right next to a church and they do ring the bells, not late at night though. It is rather loud when the bells are being rung and they seem to ring every 15 minutes in the evening time, but only on the hour at other times. There is a kitchen but it is very limited. There are just 2 cooking rings, a microwave, with a not brilliant grill function, there is also a fridge with an ice compartment. There is no oven and no proper grill and there is no dedicated freezer. There is a T.V. in the apartment and whilst there are quite a few channels to watch, in various different languages, including English and Spanish, the T.V. is rather small, no more than 23".
The apartment has a good size and is in a very good location where we could walk to all the tourist sites. Staff are excellent. Apartment is very clean and Internet connection works great.
We could hear street noise but it was fine once we closed the window.
The staff here were very friendly and eager to solve any problems. We originally had booked a rooftop apartment and were given the one facing the street, but after asking to be moved to a quieter apartment, the manager Eduardo very kindly arranged another apartment on the second floor with sound insulated windows and a bedroom further towards the back. The apartments are beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped, although with Restaurant Carmela and the fantastic Italian deli, Cacho e Pepe, just up the road, we didn't really cook very much. The beds are possibly the most comfortable I have experienced whilst travelling, and I travel a lot for work as well as pleasure. The management here are especially attentive and anxious to improve any problems.
The only problem for us was the very loud street, Calle San Matias, which looks small on the map but is actually some sort of major arterial road with constant traffic from about 6.30am until midnight. Although we moved to a smaller apartment with sound insulated windows, which really dampened the sound a lot, I still needed ear plugs to sleep and we had to have the windows closed at night. We would stay here again though, but only if we made sure, when booking, to request one of the apartments facing the back, where the noise is less audible.
Location, and it had a lift.
The bedroom was tiny, with hardly any space to get into the bathroom. The first night was lovely and quiet, the second night people moved into the apartment beside us and you could actually hear them speaking. Luckily for us they went to bed early. We were driving and the hosts had given us the location of a car park, unfortunately when we arrived it was full. We then had to find another carpark. Driving in Granada is diabolical, we don't advise it. This is in no way a reflection on the hosts.
Wonderful in all aspects . Spacious , comfortable , perfectly located, nicely appointed and full of charm . Lots of good places to eat and shop near and close to everything - you can walk up to Alhambra . And the price was better than good ! If get back to Grenada , will stay again
We found no faults!
The location is good Clean Mr. Edwardo is very helpful He helped us to reduce the cost of out stay And he helped us to book fora toro show
cental spot ,good size apartment with all you need .
adequate for our needs very central.
Shower temp fluctuated wildly no change of rather miserable towels for 5 days 2 v small toilet rolls no kitchen paper 1 tea towel, no option to pay in Sterling thought this was a legal requirement.
We booked an apartment with terrace. It was great. Spacious and comfortable. Much larger than the apartments on the lower floors. Easy walking to Alhambra and shopping. Close to hop on hop off bus stop.
Nothing. We worried about the loud church bells next door but they stopped at night.
Like having your flat in Granada Excellent location very close to several tapas routes Walking distance to most touristic points in the city Staff was helpful Kitchen was very good
No parking facility even to load/unload Staff was not there all the time, always at a call distance, but not there
Nice roofgarden; Absolutely central place to most of all Highlights of Granada; 10 min walk to the Alhambra; A lot of possibilities for dinner;
The apartment was as described and a convenient location to all sights . Air co excellent during 40 degrees heat.
Shower / bath . A deep bath to step into .
Large, spacious apartment Well equipped Great location Local amenities
Location - 5 minutes walk to city centre NIce and spacious apartment (orange tree behind the window - how cool is that?)
Getting there - the driving in Granada s very challenging. The directions provided on the website are not entirely clear, but try to follow them anyway, otherwise you end up with traffic ticket.
The Sofabed setup was not great and not very comfortable.
Quiet and excelent located. Spacious, confortable and well equipped. Close to main attractions. Supermarket and 24h shops nearby.
Wi-fi is not working most of the time.
Terrace, location, very nice building in a beatiful context
I did like anything; only trouble is that it's not easy to be reach by car.As suggested by owner leave your car in a parking near (less than 300 metres) the apartment and go there by feet.
Location, Size of apartment, Staff, Cost.
Within walking of everything. Booking service was easy to work with on some changes we made at the last minute. Plenty of space.
Eduardo provides top service, and offers excellent guiding tours to Alhambra (solid historical, and cultural background), knows where to eat Spanish, and buy really local, and gourmet food in the area. Besides, this neighborhood has fewer steps that the very hilly Albaycin. The best to stay.
No view. It is an old buillding in narrow streets, so shade is good, but no view.
Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere.
