keukenapparatuur niet helemaal op orde (verlichting, afzuigkap), beetje geluidsoverlast van autoverkeer is de straat, appartement moeilijk bereikbaar voor auto en parkeren in parkeergarage duur bij langer verblijf,

Prima apartement midden in het centrum van Granada. De straatjes met restaurants zijn min of meer 'onder je raam'. Ook het Alhambra is op loop afstand. App. Is compleet uitgerust. Receptie zeer hulpvaardig. Gratis wifi. Zelfs 'buitenlandse' TV-zenders, wat we lang niet overal in Andalusie hebben gehad. 'Nadeel', maar beslist geen minpunt is: het parkeren van je auto. Granada is verschrikkelijk voor auto'S. Parkeren kostbaar. Maar dat weet je van te voren, dan had je maar niet naar het prachtige Granada en dit apartement moeten gaan.....

Het is een uitstekend appartement met een volledige keuken met alle voorzieningen. Aparte slaapkamer en een zeer ruime woonkamer, goede badkamer. Gratis internet aansluiting. De ligging is bij het centrum van Granada, dicht bij alle winkels, restaurants, de kathedraal en alle buslijnen. Enorm aan te bevelen. Heb ik ook tegen de beheerder/eigenaar gezegd

Prima locatie! Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op een prima locatie. Het terras was heerlijk ruim en zonnig na 12.00 uur.

We arriveerden en konden niemand bereiken. Er was niemand aanwezig. We hebben een uur zitten wachten. Het balkon heeft in het voorjaar pas zon na 12.00 uur.

Everything

The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to the best tapas neighborhoods, shopping, and city sights. The wrap around terrace on the top floor apartment is incredible. Comfortable bed and furnishings, all very clean.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

The apartment is very large, with a comfortable bed and furniture. The location is excellent for sightseeing, convenient to the minibus for climbing the hill to see The Alhambra. The host is very helpful and complied with every request. Our only regret was we had to leave too soon.

The bells in the steeple of the church next door are not melodic like some bells are, but they are loud. They strike the hour of 6 pm with six gongs and 7 pm with seven gongs, then at 7:15 and 7:30 and 7:45 they peal 70 times at each of the quarter hours! Thank goodness, they ended with a sedate 8 gongs at 8 pm and that was it for the night.

Perfect location, has everything you need, stuff really helpfull and friendly.

The parking situation. We came with a big truck and first of all it was impossible for us to unload infront of the apartments and the parking garage was pretty expensive! We almost paid 50€ from Friday evening til Sunday morning!

Location,near old toen and Alhambra and near shopping, tapas and other facilities

Street noisy until late night

Excellent location, 20 minutes walk to Alhambra, 5 mins to city centre and cathedral. Comfortable apartment with plenty of room and good security, far better than a hotel room. The tapa bars nearby in Calle Rosario are excellent. Parking at Angel Ganivet (Hotel Melia Granada) is most convenient. If they say they are full (complet) its worth asking anyway, as they may still take you if you intend to stay a few days. Its only a few hundred metres from the apartments. Remember to go up the steps at the San Matias church to find the apartments.

Parking is the biggest problem anywhere in Granada. If you book in advance they will email you parking instructions and maps which are useful. Also note that you have to continue into the limited traffic zone (past the big yellow sign) to get to the apartment but the apartment manager will register your car number plate when you arrive so you won't be fined.

- Central location in an area with many tapas bars, 5 minutes walk to shopping area, 20 minutes walk to Alhambra - nicely furnished, clean, cozy - we felt immediately at home and really enjoyed our stay there

- Very clairaudient, you hear everything from your apartment neighbours, had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep

Lovely apartment, even had a kettle and an iron. Edouardo was extremely helpful and spoke very good English.

Nothing - except it is hard to find and i appreciated the reviewers who explained it was up the church steps and on the right and to look over the door to see the name as it was not obvious.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It is conveniently located to explore Granada, close to the Plaza Nueva and walking distance to the Alhambra. The apartment is a great place to spend several days, relax, see the sights, catch up on laundry. Having a kitchen is great in the morning when getting ready for your day. We loved it.

Nothing can be better that this. I would never regret booking the accomodation. Actually, it's more than 5 stars!

The location and the price.

After using the towels once they smelled. Bring your own towels.

This is our second stay at the apartment. We went there in 2011 also. Location is perfect, apartment spacious, very smart and tidy. We had a large roof terrace with views over rooftops. Church next door and surrounding streets very picturesque.

Check in time is after 4pm which is quite late in the day.

Very pleased that we chose to stay here. For us the location was excellent and overall the package works so much better than a hotel. There is some street noise and church bells from next door - these made the city feel alive and interesting and did not concern us at all. I will try and stay there next time we visit Granada.

The apartment is centrally located within one of the oldest parts of the city with easy access to the Plaza Neuva, The Albazin and The Alhambra. Wonderful views over the rooftops of the old city towards the cathedral from a spacious terrace. Well equiped and comfortable. The reception staff if required are extremely helpful and friendly.

The bathroom shower is beginning to show signs of age and should be replaced

Very good and well equipped apartment. Close to bus stops. There is a supermarket about 300 metres away. A little difficult to find. From 17 San Matias go across the road and up the six church steps. At the top of the steps turn right then walk about 5-8 metres then turn left. The apartments are now on your right. The staff very helpful. We would stay again if visiting Granada

The location was great; the apartment was clean, up to date, and spacious; the staff were very helpful. All in all a great value and wonderful place to spend a few days in fabulous Granada. I highly recommend this place to any kind of traveler!

We loved everything!

We stayed in the top apartment with a huge terrasse from where we over the roofs of the town. The apartment had a bedroom and a siitting-room with a kitchenette. It was a wonderfull tourist apartment. Clean and spacious, with a good bed and good furnitures in the sitting-room. The apartment is a the center of the town. Our apartment was just excellent.

Great location, helpful staff. Great the hotel left a store basic household items - olive oil, soap, salt, pepper etc

Wifi was weak, I asked for and received an ethernet cable - internet fast.
