sporchissimo, puzzava di polvere intrisa ovunque e mancava tutto ..dalle lampade per il comodino ai copri materassi strofinacci per la cucina tovaglia da tavola, vi erano dei mobili impolverati dentro e fuori quasi accatastati...e lappartamento non era quello descritto

The tenant was friendly and good.

The location was in a poor standard of living neighborhood. My family and I staied in the apartment for 5 minutes and decided to move to a hotel. The money we paid was a loss. I even believe the unit I physically saw is not the unit on BOOKINGS.COM. There is a building approximately 200 m away belongs to the same tenant, I have a strong feeling that the unit I rented was there (but even if the unit was that one, it is in the same low level neighborhood).

1. I was taken to a different apartment than the one mentioned here. Internet, microwave does not work on that one.

it was very spacious and clean.

there was not enough hot water for all four of us to have a shower we had to keep waiting.Also if we didn,t have relatives to translate to the man who was there it would of been a bit harder.

the place was nice . good value for money

was,nt told about the two big dog that bite nextdoor, that look on to how apartment and very easy for the dog to jump over. we got two dogs and cat so like pets.

Our family liked the apartment very much. The apartment is spacious (ideal for 4 people, but it can accommodate up to 6 people), a well-equipped, air conditioned, has a Wi-Fi Internet access. The apartment is located close to the city railway, so it is very easy to get to the center of Barcelona. The supermarket is just 50 meters from the apartment. The owner and staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming. The owner can speak English, but for conversation with staff it's necessary to speak Spanish. Because the apartment is not situated in the tourist quarter, so it's necessary everywhere to speak Spanish or to have a Spanish phrase book. Generally we are very happy with the apartment.

Clean room with air conditioning.

There are many beautifull beaches around. Suggestion:- You should catch Bus 102, As it go on auto bahn and can reach within 25 mins. Else u may land hours together.

If you have plans to see Palma city, It is far from palma and need to catch cab for morning flights.

Close to train to Barcelona

It is a good apartment. we stayed there just for value for money. city is very far from there. host is good. it is value for money apartment.

more than a kilometer far from sant boi metro station. people dnt know about the place, even owner was also not able to explain us abt the location. soo it was tough for us to search the apartment. just for stay it is a good accommodation.

I stayed with my husband and two young children for one night as we were flying early the next morning from Barcelona airport. We chose it as it was by far the cheapest option for a family. The owner was very helpful and also drove us to the airport the next morning (at 5.30) which took away our worry about the taxi not turning up, plus he charged us 20euros, which was significantly less than the taxi there. The apartment was 15 mins drive from the airport if you knew the way but we would have struggled to find it ourselves and our airport taxi seemed to get quite lost. I'd recommend contacting the owner to arrange a taxi there if possible. The place was very clean and fine for a night's stay. We would go there again if flying into/out of Barcelona.

good value for a group of freinds visiting sant boi

It was really good hotel for this money! We could not get the same hotel on the way back from cruising and got more expensive hotel in the city. Compare to this more expensive Sant Boi felt like luxury hotel. Really nice personal and clean rooms. It was quiet in the night so we got a good sleep. Just 5-10 min to the subway and 15 min to the city. Cheaper and better restaurants too then downtown.

Отличные апартаменты, просторные, на кухне есть все что нужно. Не далеко от аэропорта. Очень приветливый управляющий. Мы приехали во втором часу ночи, он без проблем нас встретил и разместил. С утра вызвал такси.

Я сам человек не маленький поэтому душевая кабина показалась узковатой.

1. Расположение: не далеко от аэропорта, удобно добираться в центр Барселоны. 2. Цена. 3. Все есть для жизни. Останавливались на 4 дня в конце мая 2013г. Посмотрели Барселону, слетали без ночевки в Париж. Проблем в отеле не было ни каких.

всё понравилось, был только один маленький минус....

есть один единственный минус... мои апартаменты были на первом этаже с видом на улицу... открываешь ставни и с улицы ты как на ладони... поэтому приходилось смотреть за своим видом или закрывать ставни на окнах. мне это не особо мешало, но не понравилось... кроме этого всё просто супер...

O atendimento do proprietário foi bom. Arranjou-nos táxi para o aeroporto assim que chegamos e o taxista foi muito pontual.Eu gostei porque só precisava mesmo de um lugar para dormir,mas há comércio bem perto com um ótimo supermercado, algumas lojas ,bares e um hospital muito pertinho. Acabei fazendo compras depois das 17:00 até 20:30 Chegamos às 14:30 no aptº.Valeu!!

La ubicación, está en un lugar muy céntrico.

El aparcamiento, es muy difícil aparcar en la zona. La cama de matrimonio no estaba en condiciones.

Comodo, tiene espacio, por lo menos en el departamento que nos ha tocado (2da. planta) tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y pasar el rato.

Ruido de calle (autobuses y motos) y dificultad para aparcar. Esta prohibido fumar en el departamento.

j'ai apprecié le tarif car très raisonnable.ville bien plaçée(15mn aeroport et 15mn centre Barcelone)

la pièce cuisine sale,les ustensiles cuisine trop usagés(cuisine difficile a faire!!)piece principale noire(pas de fenetre)pas de place de parking privé (parking payant.) bruits de la rue.
