Major internal pipe issues, lots of noise around the clock in the bedroom from water waste passing by your head. At first I thought the shower had exploded! Also, the lovely huge balcony was a complete waste as there wasn't any furniture to sit/eat on. Real shame as they could make that really nice. Frustrating that the rental company doesn't mention that the pool closes on 30 September for the winter! There's a sign outside that clearly states it - don't be fooled by the attraction of the pool. The sea is just opposite, but the town is a good 20 minute walk away.

Pues contrate 2 habitaciones y solo tenia una , puesto que viajaba con esposa y suegra el resto un mar de turbulencias con los responsables y fatal el tratamiento me llegaron a decir que me devolvian el dinero y me marchara el primer dia a eso de las 21:00 ymas o menos a esa hora el dia antes de irnos cuandollegabamos a un restaurante que nos cambiaban de apartamento.....problemas von la familia.... Fatal!!!

nos ha gustado el entorno y la buena localizacion. tambien las instalaciones del recinto y lo cuidado del apartamento.

no nos ha gustado algunas cosas del propio apartamento. no habia plancha faltaba menaje de cocina una cortina en el ventanal del salon y se veia todo y tambien faltaba cajoneras o baldas en los armarios. hace falta cambiar la tv de 14 pulgadas de la epoca los picapiedra.

mooie ligging van het appartement ten opzichte van strand en restaurants. Goede busverbinding naar de stad. Ook de metro is te voet te bereiken via een mooie strandwandeling naar de haven (+/- een half uur).

Inchecken is wat lastig want je moet een telefoonnummer bellen en dan komt er iemand uit de stad de sleutel naar je toe brengen.

Que finalmente me han dado otro alojamiento tras cancelar de forma premeditada mi reserva despues de más de 3 meses pagada y sin derecho a devolucion. Booking ok, los aptos se lo pueden currar mas y mejor pues dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a gestión

a las 20:00 el dia anterior al check-in me dicen que me confirman la cancelacion de la reserva, llamo a bookink y lo arreglan, el dia del check-in a las 13.45 me llaman de los aptos. para confirmar la cancelación!!!!! menos mal que al final lo arreglaron y me dieron otro alojamiento...

Zweckmässige Appartements ohne Schnickschnack für einen fairen Preis in einer schönen Anlage mit grossem Pool und Nähe zum feinsandigen Strand. Lange und breite Strandpromenade zum flanieren, obwohl es keine Shops gibt und nur einige Cafés und Restaurants.

In der Nähe gibts keinen Laden und kein Restaurant (ausser dieses in der Anlage selbst).

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la limpieza y que era bastante espacioso.

Hemos estado un fin de semana y la verdad es que no necesitabamos muchos utensilios de comida pero la verdad es que eran super escasos (4 platos, 4 vasos, 4 cubiertos, 1sarten, y poco más, no había ni una triste cafetera..); tampoco había microondas, ni horno.. la cocina era de gas y sonaba muy raro al encenderla, daba hasta un poco de miedo por si saltaba alguna chispa.. En el cuarto de baño faltaban dos bombillas, en las habitaciones ni una triste mesilla.. la verdad es que dejaba mucho que desear. No nos dieron las pulseras de acceso a la piscina y la tuvimos que comprar (6 euros cada una).Llame varias veces y ni caso...

Ubicación Precio Nos dejaron las llaves del apartamento en recepción y nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora establecida

No nos facilitaron toallas para todas las personas que nos alojamos, incluso dejando el mensaje en un contestador No es un apartamento para estar muchos días porque le falta equipamiento No hay lavaplatos

Die Anlage: super Lage (ca. 100m zum Strand), eigener Pool, sehr ruhig und top-gepflegt mit Sicherheitsmann, 24h Rezeption, Tiefgarage und kleinem Restaurant. Etwas ausserhalb der Stadt, allerdings fährt alle 15min ein Bus direkt ins Stadzentrum (Endstation) Die Wohnung: tolle Wohnung in sehr neuem, modernen Zustand. 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, großer Wohn-Ess-Bereich, großer Balkon und Loggia, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Aufzug Alles in allem nach unseren bisherigen Erfahrungen für ein "Hostel" purer Luxus! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung (allerdings in der Neben-Saison)

Betreuung durch die Vermietungsgesellschaft miserabel. Schlüssel sollte in der Stadt abgeholt werden und man musste genau sagen wann man ankommt. Telefonate waren sehr unbefriedigend, da schlechtes Englisch oder viel zu schnelles Spanisch. Aber wenn man sich von dem bisschen Durcheinander nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lässt, kommt man auch ohne überhaupt jemanden von denen gesehen zu haben, ohne Kaution zu zahlen und ohne seinen Ausweis vorzulegen durch... ;-) Einziger Kritikpunkt der Wohnung: Küchenutensilien lassen etwas zu wünschen übrig, man aber kommt durch.

bonjour voila au début pour trouver l’adresse pour prendre les clés de l'appart étais un peut dure mais sa va je vous est trouver. vous m'haver bien accueillie tous bien expliquer c'étais cool de votre par. Sa ma motiver pour revenir au moi de juillet. j'ai passer une très bonne semaine dans votre appartement. je remercie toute l’équipe a bientôt :)

il n'y a pas de wifi dans les chambre mais c est pas trop grave car il fallait allez a la réception. et le tuyau de la douche fonctionner mal mais c est que des petit détaille je vous remercie pour tous car j ai passer une très bonne semaine :)

La tele pequeña y antigua con TDT sin pilas (de boton) en mando que no dejaba cambiar canal. La mitad de las luces no funcionaba, en el baño solo una luz que se fundio el primer dia.

The location, price and apartmant was great. Really nice apartmant, brand new, and next to the beach.

The service provided was awfull !!! First of all, i arrived at the hotel, and I called the agency and they told me i need to go and pick up keys somewhere else. Hello ?? They should be the one waiting for me. Well so i need to pay extra money for taxi service. Then when i got the keys, there were two keys. One opening the apartmant which was ok, and the other opening main door of the block which was worng. And there is no reception there so we needed to ring the bell everytime and hope that someone will open the door for us. When we finally come to the apartmant i called them that they need to bring me another key. They said they will clal me back. That was 3 times!!! They never brought me the key, didnt answer the phone it was a dissaster. And people at the hotel told me that there were more tourists complaing about the key in the past, and that they have called the agency that they need to change the key. Well u can imagine having little children crying in fornt of the door when we could not go in. !!!!

Relaizan reserva de 250,00€ como garantia , que luego NO DEVUELVEN.. Atencion NO DEVUELVEN LOS 250,00 € Llevo esperando y reclamando dicha devolucion, y aun un mes despues no se ha producido. Me dan largas para no devolverlos

It is located very close to beach, 2 min walking distance.

Outside temperature at night time was under 10C and in room it was quite cold, heater didn't work and nobody arrived to fix it in 4 days even we called. There was tennis court in teritory but we didn't have possibility to use it because owners has lost necessary card to get key.

El aviso de pagar suplemento por llegar más tarde al recibir el correo con la reserva, está redactado en inglés. No se avisa del pago de una fianza de 250 euros. La ubicación no es la del anuncio. El apartamento no está en Mare Nostrum, está en Eugenia Viñes, en Cabanyal. Todo lo que se expone en el anuncio es irreal. No había agua caliente en el baño. Sí en la cocina. Se llamó para notificar este hecho, no había nadie al teléfono. Pasado un mes, sin motivo ni explicación, no se ha devuelto la fianza. Comunicado este hecho por correo y por teléfono, se ha ignorado. Por correo no ha habido contestación, por teléfono todo son largas y excusas sin sentido. No hay un responsable visible que aporte una mínima explicación. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
