Evruthing was good even the sofa couch was very comfortable which is a first..

The free internet was only available on 1 floor.. 25 euro for the week on the rest.. Doesn't seem rair really

Staff & entertainers where execellent , high recommend

beds were a little hard, typical Spanish falt pillows. I've stayed and lived here so thsi is common but I so do wish in spain they would invest in decent pillows!

Bed's could have been a little more comfortable. And you had to pay for the sun beds which bumped up the price of the stay. But on a positive note, there wasn't that mad rush with the sun beds every morning.

we didnt like position of room ,very noisy with delivery lorries ,also smell of sewage on certain days ,and the fact that you have to pay for sunbeds

1.The location of the hotel: sea is on the zero floor! 2.The were lots of entertainments for kids

I like the location, the sea for me and the pool for the children.

I was unable to utilise my balcony due to being over head a shed and so close to the wall. This left us unable to relax and enjoy the evening sun.

The facilities and location: a few minutes walk to the beach, a lifeguard at the swimmingpool, animation for kids and adults,... Price - quality: the room was big but simply equiped, cleaned everyday and there was a good airconditioning (10euro, but you get it back at the end of your stay)

There was a lot of noise on the corridor at night (from people who were going out or coming back) We didn't always get the right information (prices, where a bus would pick us up,...) and not everyone of the staf speaks english

I have stayed here before, i did enjoy it and my son had a ball. would choose a differnt time of year to go again as we arrived when there was a load of young ones just finished there exams. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Entertainment need a bit of work but on the last nite it pick up when the jacksons came to entertain.

Kiddies cocktails were 3.50 this was just a fruit juice that my son wanted and the sparkler. 2 euro would of been loads for this drink.

We had a problem with the patio door not locking on our arrival. A handyman came to our room with 10 minutes of speaking to reception. Our Daughter was staying with us but we only had 2 sets of towels again from speaking to reception to receiving a third set of towels this took 10 minutes. The staff could not do enough for you. The walk to the beach takes less than 5 minutes and there a 2 small supermarkets within a 5 minutes walk. Plenty of places to eat including a fantastic sushi restaurant call Siki a short taxi ride away or a 12-15 minute walk. A little bit pricey but worth a visit for a special occasion.

We did occasionally have drunk teenagers walking past our apartments at about 6 in the morning, straight out of nightclubs!

Location to main bars and restuarants great and the pool is good as it is practically on the beach. I don't like beaches so this was perfect.

Rooms could do with a bit of an update but ok for what we paid.

The location of the apartments is very good, with a lovely outside area including garden, pool and bar area. You can relax right outside your rooms and you can swim in the sea directly from the wall next to the garden area. The beach is a short walk through the town of Santa Ponsa . We arrived to a non flushing loo and bathroom door that didn't close properly, but reception staff contacted the maintenance man on a walkie talkie and he mended both within the hour, which I thought was very good considering the size of the apartments (8 floors). There can be some noise from other apartments but the staff are very strict on anyone who is overly noisy. I plan to return with my family next year.

Some noisy young adults but I guess that can happen anywhere! Ear plugs did the trick, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Self catering in the apartments very poor and the power cut happened at a bad time

Central apartments. Clean. All staff very helpful.

Extras such as having to pay £10 extra for activation of air conditioning.

Aircon did not work. Fan on the ceiling looked as though it would fly off when in operation. Tv did not work. Holes in the bathroom door. Bed linen inaddequate. Very basic.

We were a couple and the accommodation we book only had 2 couches in it, there was no bed .

it was very central but still quiet at night time. very clean and good shops restaurants and bars in close proximity. this is my 3rd of 4th time staying here and I will definatly be back.

It was our second trip back to A G Verdemar, with our younger sons who are teenagers. The four Activities / Entertainers people kept us all occupied with three sessions of various games in and around the Pool every day, we had great fun and lots of Laughs! They would also take the very young kids off for games etc to suit their age groups, also the adults were able to join in too. There was a good variety of shows every night downstairs in the bar, something for everyone, and you could join in with the singing and dancing. If you fancied an early night, we never heard the noise from the bar, which was great too! The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, also the cleaning ladies are very sweet.My older sons have stayed here before and are seriously thinking of going back again this year! It is in a perfect location with a supermarket and a long line of Restaurants starting from accross the road, and at the back you have the choice of both the pool and sea to swim on the doorstep. Even though everything is in close proximity, you are away from the night time noise of the bars. You are very close to the beach where a variety of water sports are offered, and different boat trips going several times a day from a Pier nearby. Next time we return to Santa Ponsa, this is where we will most definately be staying! Verdemar has definately got that Holiday Atmosphere!

The only fault i find personally is the hard beds, as i have had major back surgery, i need a softer mattress, maybe if i request this next time Verdemar might be good enough to accommodate me, this is not a criticism, its a personnal thing. One thing we were not in favour of was the daily carge for sun loungers, as they were free 2 years ago?
