staff very friendly and helpful . very close to beach and all amenities

only downside was towels only changed once A week

Perfect location to night life. Not too near for noise, but near enough to walk home on a night-time

Apartment clean and comfy. Every thing we needed was there.

The shower was poor. water came from tap and shower, not a good flow.

our apartment could sleet up to 6 people, but there is only on bathroom/shower. there are 2 wc but this could have been turned into a shower.

Central location, near beach, shops and market. Lifts although small were always readily available.

Pool too cold. Balcony windows wouldn't close. Cleaner left balcony door wide open when there is a sign saying they don't take responsibility for ant thefts or losses. However it is on a main road so chances of being burgled via the Windows are very slim.

everything enjoyed my stay.

the jacuzi was out of order.

Everything you needed was there .we used the gas heater as it was so cold and this was free of charge staff excellent.apart very spacious lovely

Great location, lovely and spacious apartment, good kitchen facilities, exp. Kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, full sized oven and hob, a shower that worked !! The view from the balcony was delightful, all the lights of the main street at night, and view of the sea during the day, loved it.

An overall great place to stay, next time I come to Benidorm I will defiantly be using them again. Great value for money good location and clean.

Not the nicest part of town if you're not there for drinking. Old town is much nicer and a 20 min walk away

A location central to resort amenities but also close to beach. A lovely outlook/view to seaward, with vista along the coast southwards. The apartment was spacious for family use, fully appointed, comfortable, and a nice enclosed balcony with several full-width sliding patio doors. Windows 'mirrored' for privacy. Nice pool and sun-lounge area. Four lifts, wash-room etc. Excellent friendly front-desk staff, and the room-attendant was also most friendly and helpful.

Not much really. The apartments as a whole would seem to date from approximately the late 1960's and some aspects reflect this, E.G. some door-locks broken etc. However for the price we paid we easily overlooked these very minor issues.

hi all in all we have stayed a few times in the apts and they are brilliant will go back. babs

First time we had stayed at these apartments and booked after reading reviews. Location was excellent with good sea views. Arrived at 2pm and were given keys straight away. Apartment was very clean with plenty of towels which were changed during our 5 night stay. Plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. Good to have a key to the outside door, which was locked at 11pm, but found that on 2 nights other guests had left it open which lessened the security on the apartments. Didn't get picked up to go home until 5pm and were offered an extra 6 hours on the room for 10 euros which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Water pressure was very low. Took ages to run a bath. No iron.

We always like staying at the vinia the staff are always polite and helpfull the location is fantastic for all the amieneties. hope to see you again in the near future.

I have stayed at the appartments many times in the past and I now feel that the kitchen and bathroom are ready for refurbishment as they are looking a little dated.

We loved these apartments and will stay here again next year!
