Very useful for station for an early flight. Hot water.
You get what you pay for but could focus on small maintenance - bulbs, lock on bathroom door remote etc.. Restock kitchen equipment.
Nice friendly staff
Not easy to find in the darkness
Staff was very kind and professional. Location was excellent right next to train station (although the last train of the night from Fuengirola left 00.20, and there was absolutely nothing in Torremuelle). Torremuelle was nice, quiet and beautiful, grocery store was near. Kitchen had everything i needed, own balcony was lovely, room was spacy. Everything was as it shoud be on a cheap hotel, not luxury but well worth the money.
Room needed a bit update, but this is a cheap hotel. Everything was clean. There wasn't always hot water. The wi-fi didn't work very well all the time. If i would have been on a party vacation, would have needed to take taxi every night back to hotel.
Air conditioning/heating Location
Poor beds Bad fitting sheets Lack of utensils Room only cleaned once in two weeks No clean towels Paper thin walls
Good location for train. Price is low
You can hear other guests if they talk loud. With a bit of upgrading the Hotel could be much better. Suggest a director of the company spend a night to get an insight
receptionist she was very good
no pool no stations on tv
very, very helpful staff...
As usual the service and staff were great, but this stay I was given a room which was in a poor state of repair, the flooring by the windows was badly in need of repair.
Convenience of railway station Size of room Staff tried to help when asked
Nothing in immediate area Seems to be run on a very tight budget Rooms not cleaned properly Had to buy cereal dishes, small pan and coat hangers
Train station just 10 meters, quiet neighbourhood, sea view, kind and helpful staff, free parking at the station, in front of the building
It was far from beach and the city centre, far from shopping facilities, bathroom was clean, but outdated
Next to the train station.
Locaation being so close to the railway station meaning you can transfer easily along to costa del sol and only 2€ from airport. Not far from the beach but the kind of beach for me.
This is the second time we stayed this year and it would appear to be a semi residental hotel where the young children were left to run around the pool unattended, meaning you keep one eye on them yourself in case they fell in the pool.
The only thing worth improving is to prepare the kitchen to washing up- there was no spongue, cleaning cloth and cleaning liquid li
Train station on the backside of the hotel
the equipment in the kitchen was poor and the extractor hood did not work. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. Bar was closed all time and the breakfast is not worth the money, we tried it one day and were luck that we only chose the apartment without breakfast.
Kitchen Sea view
Not walking distance to coast
La proximité du trein
The proximity of the train station. Easy and cheap to get to and from the airport and the main train and bus stations in Malaga, or you can get to Marbella and Mijas from the bus station at Fuengirola. Day trips to Tangier and Gibraltar from there too. Cordoba, Seville and Granada accessible by train or bus from Malaga. Very quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, lovely to come back to after a busy day. The pool is perfect for a chill-out day. We didn't have young children with us but if we had we'd have appreciated the walled-in, super-safe balcony. The kitchen was nicely tucked away, out of view, and was fully equipped, including a kettle and toaster. Small coffee cups, though, but this is normal in Mediterranean countries. We took our own mugs for tea, but we always do. The staff are delightful: helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. If you're planning to cook some of your own meals, the Carrefoure supermarket is a foody's paradise. For a day on the beach, the stretch of coast between Fuengirola and Los Boliches is the most easily accessible. The further east you go, the more hills you have to climb up and down to get to the beaches - not great if you have young children or mobility problems. All in all, this hotel is perfect if you want easy access to the coast and mainland of Andalucia with a peaceful, comfortable base to return to. I would definitely recommend.
The downside of being so close to the station is the wake-up call when the trains start running at 6 a.m. Didn't bother us too much and was more than made up for by the tranquility at night. There are no shops, cafes or bars close by (hence the tranquility - you can't have it both ways, I guess) so you do need to ensure you have everything you're going to need bought in, in advance. It would have been perfect if the pool bar were operational and sold snacks but I can understand this probably wouldn't be financially viable in such a small hotel where the clients have their own kitchens.
Nice quite area and hotel/apartments with everything you need. Railway stop across the road which is perfect for connection to the airport, beach is one stop further out, used the train everyday to travel to waterpark etc. They also have a lovely restaurant down by the sea.
The supermarkets are down a hill so not so good for people with walking difficulties or small children but you could take the train to the next stop and use supermarkets there. However, it is fine going to restaurants and walking back without bottles of water, and other essentials at your leisure.
the sea beach is not available. I did not find location of this hotel in car Navigator.
Train station across the way from apartment
Pool bar was closed
Almost everything is good in the hotel .
The wifi debit is slow
The room was absolutey fantastic. The air con cooled everything down the room was big and clean.
The bathroom wasn't up to scratch. No free shower gel ECT and wasn't very clean
Really nice rooms, comfortable beds and reasonbly comfortable sofabed (for kids), the room was very clean and large and had a safety-box, wifi worked excellent, large selection of channels on TV (spanish but can change language). Both microvawe, hot plates and kettle in the kitchen, fridge ok size, A/C worked well.
In high season the pool (which is quite small) was milky and the pool area filthy, I think that is inexusable in an establishment where people go on holiday, kitchen a bit poorly fitted with only few plates, cups, pans etc, bar prices a bit high
Awful location. Very few restaurants nearby. Closest beaches were large resorts.
Rooms were excellent, staff were very helpful and friendly
