Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Het hotel ligt in een omgeving die zich compleet op Engelse all-inclusive toeristen richt. Er is geen enkel Ibizaans sfeer overgebleven. Het eten is Engels en er draait overal Engelse muziek. Niks chill-out. Hou je van je verleden, dan moet je daar zijn. De hotels aan de overkant en naast El Pinar maken vooral 's avonds lawaai met Engelse muziek uit de jaren 70 en 80, nostalgie die door de gratis drankjes de hele dag door wordt gesteund.De studio's hebben mini smalle balkons waar je niet buiten kunt zitten en nauwelijks je handdoeken kunt drogen. Helaas zijn de studio's verouderd en niet echt schoon. Het personneel is wel erg vriendelijk.

Estuvimos 4 dias y no nos cambiaron ni sábanas ni toallas, ni arreglaron la habitación y nuestro baño se convirtió en una pocilga de toallas sucias.

La relación calidad precio es excelente, la ubicación a pie de playa en una zona tranquila y agradable. Los precios del restaurante son estupendos, y tienen multitud de servicios muy prácticos, como la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje el día de salida y después poder recogerlo y ducharte en los vestuarios. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Las habitaciones no están muy bien aisladas del ruido y por la mañana se hace difícil conciliar el sueño a partir de las 08.00.

Les appartements très basiques, pas propres et avec besoin de rénovation. Le balcon très petit, même pas de la place pour mettre une chaise. On les recommande pas du tout.

Excellent location right on the beach with fantastic views of the bay. One bedroom apartment was a good size for our family of four with adequate facilities. Room had air conditioning which was much appreciated during our stay. Swimming pool not too crowded and always sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely return to El Pinar if returning to Ibiza.

Se equivocaron en la reserva y nos dieron una habitacion en teoria mejor... no quiero ver la otra... toallas con agujeros de unos 20 cm y sesilachadas,tras tener que ir a pedirlas 2 veces a recepcion ya que no habia en la habitacion.y aun asi tan solo 2 toallas de ducha. el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. la mampara de separacion de la cama con el sofa estaba rota. la cocina a medio metro de la cama y el reto de la habitacion(que no era pequeña ) solo para el sofa. la fregona y escoba en mitad del baño ya que no habia sitio para guardarlo.(bueno si entre el sofa y la cama)... el el baño ni una triste repisa ni encimera para dejar el neceser solo el lavabo sin mueble ni nada. medio royo de papel higienico. y en recepcion se hacian los locos cuando decias algo,sin tener en cuenta que para coger los datos del carnet se tiraron 6 horas despues de avisar que le necesitabamos lo antes posible. y todo esto por el medico precio de mas de 90€ la noche sin desayuno claro.

“Very good value for money. We don´t normally like buffet style eating but as this was a last minute holiday we made an exception and were very pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was good,it was hot in most cases, and food trays were not allowed to be empty. Tables were cleared quickly and apart from unruly kids running around while their parents were totally oblivious to the fact , it wasn´t a bad eating experience.Wine and beer are free at meal times....nice surprise!! The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. Hotel right on the beach and not too far from Santa Eularia for the nightlife. Too far to walk but buses not far away directly into the town.Car recommended.
