It was the perfect location just like an oasis - tranquil and lovely but really close to all the bars and restaurants and the beach. Excellent value for money! The staff were all friendly and the cleaners very efficient in fact we left them a tip as we were so impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting good value and good location. Some of the items in the cupboards were missing - for example there was only one Wine glass. |

the location, the facilities, the room One of the members of staff on reception said that we could not have a late check out when we asked for it (5 days before we were due to leave). When the shift changed we asked another member of the reception staff ( a very nice young man) if we could have a late check out, he said no problem and it was sorted. If we had just accepted what the girl had said, it would of spoiled our holiday. But because we realised that the other gentleman was more friendly we asked him, and it made our holiday stay at the hotel much easier. |

Very quite, very good position, nice hotel, the staff very polite. Some cucarachas in the night in the room. When I take the shower, the water fill the floor.In my first holiday the apartment was perfect, but in the second holyday,the second apartment was not perfect. |

The location is excellent. Staff were at all times helpful and friendly. It's not the Ritz so remember you get what you pay but I would recommend this for anyone who wants a good base and is not fussy about the thrills & frills some hotels/apartments with a higher star rating may provide. |

Los apartamentos están muy bien tratandose de 2 llaves (no 3). Las habitaciones se han remodelado hace poco y están bien cuidadas. Dispone de Spa y el solarium y la piscina están bastante bien. Nuestra habitación no dispone de aire acondicionado y los utensilios de la cocina son un bastantes escasos. La limpieza de las zonas comunes (alrededor de la piscina, entrada apartamentos, etc..) debería ser bastante mejor. |

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Schoonmaak zeer wisselend, soms dagelijks, dan weer om de 2 dagen. Handoeken 1x per 3 dagen schoon is te weinig. Veel rumoerige Engelse toeristen tot diep in de nacht. |

Kort bij alles.Winkels,restaurants en drankgelegenheden. De hoeveelheid decibels die dronken Engelsen produceren,maar hier kan playa club uiteraard niets aan doen. |

relacion calidad precio nada mas llegar, como aún no estaba la habitación disponible, llevamos las maletas a un cuarto para guardarlas que dispone el apartahotel, y por sorpresa estaba lleno el cuarto de cucarachas muertas. A pesar de que el apartamento estaba limpio, encontramos el primer día una cucaracha en el aseo enorme viva... |
