Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Schoonmaak zeer wisselend, soms dagelijks, dan weer om de 2 dagen. Handoeken 1x per 3 dagen schoon is te weinig. Veel rumoerige Engelse toeristen tot diep in de nacht. |

Kort bij alles.Winkels,restaurants en drankgelegenheden. De hoeveelheid decibels die dronken Engelsen produceren,maar hier kan playa club uiteraard niets aan doen. |

Rustige en toch centrale ligging. Inrichting van de badkamer en ruime kasten met safe in de slaapkamer. Dagelijkse schoonmaak en verversen van linnen. Povere inrichting van de keuken met zeer weinig keukenmateriaal. Te kleine en onvoldoende werking T.V. Weinig confortabel salonzetels |

Staff were great and the cleaning ws done daily. Spa was fab aswell. Location excellent The clientelle at the apartments had gone abit downhill but I believe this is being adressed by staff so should be back to the usual high standard |

It was the perfect location just like an oasis - tranquil and lovely but really close to all the bars and restaurants and the beach. Excellent value for money! The staff were all friendly and the cleaners very efficient in fact we left them a tip as we were so impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting good value and good location. Some of the items in the cupboards were missing - for example there was only one Wine glass. |

the location, the facilities, the room One of the members of staff on reception said that we could not have a late check out when we asked for it (5 days before we were due to leave). When the shift changed we asked another member of the reception staff ( a very nice young man) if we could have a late check out, he said no problem and it was sorted. If we had just accepted what the girl had said, it would of spoiled our holiday. But because we realised that the other gentleman was more friendly we asked him, and it made our holiday stay at the hotel much easier. |

Very quite, very good position, nice hotel, the staff very polite. Some cucarachas in the night in the room. When I take the shower, the water fill the floor.In my first holiday the apartment was perfect, but in the second holyday,the second apartment was not perfect. |

The location is excellent. Staff were at all times helpful and friendly. It's not the Ritz so remember you get what you pay but I would recommend this for anyone who wants a good base and is not fussy about the thrills & frills some hotels/apartments with a higher star rating may provide. |

Der Putzdienst war immer schon so früh da, vor 11.00 Uhr, so dass wir noch gar nicht draussen waren. War uns etwas zu früh. Aber das war nicht so schlimm. |

Su buena ubicación, la amabilidad del personal de recepción (un sobresaliente para todos), el buen aprovechamiento del espacio en el interior del apartamento (incluyendo su amplia terraza), los servicios de ocio ofrecidos El servicio de habitaciones era cada tres días, y el primer día que correspondía lo único que hicieron fue las camas, tuvimos que avisar en recepción para que, al menos, nos cambiaran las toallas. El segundo día todo fue bien. |

Los apartamentos eran muy nuevos y muy confortables a la vez que amplios. Están al lado del paseo maritimo y de todos los locales pero los apartamentos quedan totalmente aislados del bullicio del paseo Con la ventana abierta se oía un ruido constante, no sé si era el aire acondicionado del spa que estaba debajo o de la maquinaria del mismo, pero las ventanas aislaban completamente. El baño no tenía bañera pero si una ducha bastante grande, ni bidé. |

Una Pesadilla. Fuimos para 6 noches y a la segunda nos cambiamos de hotel. Habitaciones ruinosas con nido de cucarachas en el baño incluido. Por lo demas mucho ingles hortera y ruidoso. |
