-Bedroom without door. - shower pour water out.
The location is perfect. Very friendly staff. Clean.Spacious. Nice terrace. We were allowed late check out with out additional charges.
There were 37 steps to our apartment, what was not very clear from the site. It was very cold in the bathroom.
a really lovely apartment, with sunshine and very good view for the whole city. it's just located in the center of the city.
no wifi in the room at all !!!!!!! and this is the only drawback we came up with.
A big clean room. Good location.
No wifi in the room. You must go out to another building (the reception of the hotel) for using wifi.
Very romantic and charming apartment. we wish that was our place to live. Next time we are in Seville we will stay in the same place!
No Internet in the room
Ottima posizione ,ottima qualita' prezzo
Fantastic location. Apartment on the first floor is smartly designed, spacious and very clean.
Ground floor apartments are not as large as the ones on upper floors. Both versions have little room for a comfortable breakfast. No kettle. More of a general problem: public parking nearby is extremely expensive. As an alternative staff advised a cheaper option by the university.
The location was excellent. Coming back to a cleaned apartment and made up bed every afternoon was a delight.
When you book there is no mention that the vastly different rooms/studios/apartments are dispersed between three buildings, with al reception desk in a restaurant nearby. We were in the "apartments with kitchens" building. While the apartments were renovated, noise insulation ( or lack thereof) is a major problem in the building we stayed. : We had requested (and hoped for) a quiet location but were given what we thought was probably the noisiest apartment, right at street level with a window opening into a busy and narrow street. The second day we managed to get an apartment one level up but it wasn't significantly better since we could hear everything that was going on the adjacent apartments as if we were in the same room with the other guests. The requested "double bed" was two small twin beds pulled together. While it is noted there is only Wifi in the reception area, we did not expect that you had to walk up the street to a separate building and sit in the tiny reception area (two chairs in front of the reception desk) to try to use it. It did not always work well.
No electric kettle or toaster No WiFi in apartment - you had to go to hotel reception Lack of bedroom mirror
Santa Cruz area is unbelievable for tourists. This location is minutes away from all major historic points via walking.
The most convenient aces route into the hotel/apartment was closed because of filmingfor The Game of Thornes TV a show.
Staff great and helpful. Location adjacent to cathedral, restaurants and tour groups.
Tour groups, garbage collection in middle of night, wifi didn't function well
Room was very dark which aided sleep however. Fresh orange juice for breakfast was good.
The apartments had very poor lighting. Noise from other guests was very evident, especially late at night. Garbage trucks were very noisy and local residents could be heard arguing late at night. No tea and coffee facilities and no safe. Breakfast at the restaurant was average although fresh orange juice was nice.
Very well located but the room was a little too dark
The apartment with the terrace just close to Real Alcazar and the Sevilla Cathedral was absolutely STUNNING and PERFECT! No words can describe our beautiful trip to Sevilla. I will book here another apartments Santa Cruz if I decide to come back to Sevilla. Thanks for everything.
Just a few minor things, there was no kettle, no cups & no toaster. I did ask the lovely Salva for a moka coffee maker & one was immediately supplied, but no kettle to make tea, so we used a saucepan. In my view all apartments should at least have these basics, for self catering. You don't always eat out.
Close to sights.
Tired and battered apartment. Not ethnic Spanish looking like photos. Outside space dirty with knackered furniture.
love it cause they can speak english and that is rare in spain
however, when we first arrived the lady offered me and my wife a water. we thought it is for free but when we left they hote they charge us more than 4 euros. I would not accept it if i knew they will charge me this much
Loved the location, being in the old town, central to all of the historic buildings. Great atmosphere, interesting cafe's, shops etc
Only missed a kettle in kitchen, other than that it was perfect.
close to old town. nice staff and clean
- Location is good, only 3 minutes walk from Cathedral; However, the streets in Santa Cruz is like a maze and be prepared to take much longer time to find the apartment for the first time; - Spacious and clean with kitchen facilities; - Lovely terrace, although simple; - Close to a lot of good choices of food.
- No wifi available in the apartment; - Reception is located in other apartment and thus a bit inconvenient if you want to check any information; - No elevator and has to pull the luggage over 3 floors through very narrow stairs; - Streets in Santa cruz are so complicated like a maze that it is easy to get lost especially at night.
We checked in very late, after midnight but the staff on duty at reception was very friendly and we felt welcomed when we've reached. She provide us seville map and showed us the beautiful places that we should visit, the cafes around our hotel which we can get 10% off. The room is simple and clean. I like it the design and concept. I will definitely stay here again. Good location to walk around.
We had to take the staircase (1 flight) with our luggage but it is not soo bad. The bed is not very comfy. But overall the stay there is a nice.
When staying in Seville, look for no other place than Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz. We have stayed several times and love it each time. The one-bedroom apartments with a terrace are worth the money. This trip, our kitchen was a bit smaller, but with a king size (yes, you read that correctly!) bed and bunk beds, you could easily accommodate friends. I love the ease of checking in. Follow the map they give you; it's tucked away and hard to find if you're not familiar with the Barrio Santa Cruz area. The staff are incredibly helpful. A free drink it included, but we do enjoy being able to make breakfast in our room and relax in the living room. Truly, this is the best place to stay.
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby so if you need Wi-Fi, you just have to plan ahead. Other than two very annoying Americans who decided to yell at their friends through the windows early in the morning, it's a quiet area.
Location is great, Nice apartment, nice city
no Lift no internet
Everything charming and atmospheric, from reception to appartment house, furniture and roof balkony
Mattress proper, but little bit strong with respect to our customization (would need it softer)
