Everything charming and atmospheric, from reception to appartment house, furniture and roof balkony

Mattress proper, but little bit strong with respect to our customization (would need it softer)

Location is really excellent and there was lots of space for the price - sitting area, dining area and 2 bedrooms. We thought the apartment was clean, spacious and superb value

Nothing really - apartment was a bit dark which might have been more of an issue if we were staying for longer.

    The location

The stairs to get to the top floor room were very steep and difficlut to get big suitcases up and down. The balcony also needs a table and chairs so the space can be utilised more. The bed was not vety comfortable for 2 people

It was a great place to stay in one of the most vibrant places in Seville.

No option for washing clothes. There should be a washing machine in a public area so all can share. Even if it is coin operated! Thank You

Good spacious room, great location in centre of Santa Cruz, friendly staff.Nice buildings with character.

You can hear everything from the street. Cleaning of neigboring room woke us up early. Bit of a walk to parking place near by.No breakfast after 10.30am.

The bed was comfortable the staff at the hotel elvira palace were very pleasant but the apartment was not as shown in the photographs

The terrace was nothing like in the photograph There was one extremely delapidated table and 2 rickety wooden chairs sitting on the rooftop surrounded by several aircon boxes No plants no decoration as shown in the hotel publicity and certainly no view as shown in the photographs The sitting room had a bright orange frame attached to the wall which contained two single beds The sofa was marked and all in all the main sitting area was quite shabby Again nothing like the photos We have stayed in many places through but this must rate as the most disappointing It simply didn't look anything like the publicity I believe we were housed in a completely different apartment block Fortunately we were there for only one evening

Stayed many times and although the air con was not too good for the extreme heat it didn't spoil the trip

Never ever visit seville in june july august unless you can stand heat of 44 degrees. We have visited in march, april and october which is perfect and I would have sent the england team there after brazil failure for pre season training

Room was big, location was excellent. Right in the centre of things but quiet in the late evenings and mornings. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Wifi was dismal in the lobby of the hotel, which was located in another square from the apartment. (Note there is no wifi in the suites at all.) Tiny bathroom. Maid service came very late in the day. One day they came so late that we were already coming back for our siesta at 3:30. She was very friendly though and we just had her change the towels. Front desk was super busy especially with all of the guests who required assistance with the internet. For example, it was cutting out so much that we couldn't even book our own train tickets.

location is in the beautiful old city and near to other attractions.

No lift. I travelled with my spouse and 2yr old girl. We have to carry up our luggage ourselves to the 3rd floor without any assistace and leave the stroller on the ground floor. If only there are staff who cld help carry our luggage up and down during check in and check out it would be a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was unbeatable. Liked the fact that you could go for breakfast adjacent to the apartment. It was a lovely way to experience Sevilla for the first time.

The Plaza Doña Elvira near the apartments is the prettiest in Seville. The location couldn't be better, so close to the Alcazar and cathedral. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartments are on a quiet side street so there are no noise issues.

No negatives about apartments but the area does get very crowded with tour groups so advise exploring in the early morning or evening when it has quite a different ambience.

5 min by walk from the cathedral. Free coffee between 5pm and 7 pm. Appartment typical from Sevilla. You can leave your luggage at the reception for the check out ))) Quiet area for a big citty.

No wifi. The washing machine doesnt work (door is broken) No terrassa and the balconies are so small ( we cant go on it) The Flat is really hot inside and no air condicionner. Bad smell in the bathroom but it s not a big problem.
