Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz    

Vi hade tur och fick lägenheten högst upp med två terrasser och ett lugnt och trevligt område. Skulle vi åka till Sevilla igen så kan vi tänka oss samma hotell, men BARA om vi får SAMMA lägenhet, övriga lägenheter i byggnaden är inte i närheten av den vi fick.

Ingen hiss, trånga trappor och inget dörrhandtag på dörren till lägenheten, vilket gjorde det svårt att öppna och stänga dörren.

Convenient location; good breakfast

Very noisy - our room was facing the street/restaurant and the noise was starting at 5:30 in the morning till midnight (not just a regular street noise-this is a quiet street) but extremely sharp and unpleasant - moving chairs & tables (iron), closing and opening doors and windows, etc.;). As stated in the description of the hotel there is no parking lot, but what is not mentioned is that you can't stop in front of the hotel to drop the luggage because all around is pedestrian zone and the nearest parking (24 euro per day) is about 7-10 min away. Be aware that the spanish standard for double bed is ... 1.35 m! (At least this was explained to us from the reception :)) - so don't expect a comfortable normal queen size bed. Kitchen equipment relatively poor and old.

Clean, comfortable apartments. Location was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would love to return in the not to distant future.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice. The location is wonderful: in the middle of the old city centre, but in a quiet street. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Since it was an apartment, we had expected that we had some facilities, for instance a refrigerator to store some drinks in. The quality of the restaurant was okay, but could be a little bit better. But again, the personnel was very friendly!

The apartment was spacious, in a great location, quiet, unique and the staff was very accommodating. The price was decent too.

The washing machine was out of order, the only flaw

Staying in the apartments is wonderful because the space is so well planned. As an added bonus, because there are so many apartments in the area, no two are the same.

It would have been nice to have WiFi in the units, however it was available in the lobby of the Plaza Elvira Hotel where you check in.

the staff were excellent when we asked to change rooms as we did not realise how noisy it would be.

The location is excellent, possibly 2 minutes walk to the cathedral etc. The beds were comfy and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke enough English for us to communicate well. Could get a bag full of washing done for reasonable price.

Hard to find if you don't ask for directions. You have to check in at the Hotel Elvira, which is in the plaza Elvira. Very noisy and you will need ear plugs, but would stay there again.

Staff were fantastic. All of them helped out with enthusiasm. The apartment was lovely and in a great central location. It even had a private rooftop courtyard!

Nothing not to like really. The price premiums for Semana Santa (Easter) were quite steep, but a premium of some sort was expected given the event.

The room can be noisy at night, and I had to wait 10 min to have hot water...

Clean, spacious, helpful staff.

Shower water temperature couldn't be regulated. It was scorching hot and I couldn't get it any cooler.

Didn't really have the same apartment as I'd imagined from the pics ... a bit disappointed, but as we arrived late, and tired after long journey didn't pursue this at the time. Apartment just seemed average compared to the pics on Booking.com. Also sparse facilities - no kettle etc., and although we thought we'd all be in the same apartment/floor, actually on 2 floors, separate keys to rooms, so not "all together" as perhaps we'd hoped

The staff were very friendly

We would not book with you again. When we first entered the room (Puerta Grande) there was a very strong smell of javex. We discovered the reason for this was to hide the sewage smell. At night I awoke several times having to bury my face in my pillow the stench was so bad. In the morning we went for breakfast and came back to the room. The stench was disgusting and we immediatly packed up and left. I did talk to the front desk upon check out but nothing came of it.

Fantastic value for 89 euros for four of us . Breakfast superb & extremely generous . All the staff absolutely faultless & could not have been more helpful. We shall return !

No wifi in apartment but not the end of the world as available in the hotel reception .

The location. The barrio was pretty and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

It was very easy to get lost in the maze of the barrio. We were not aware beforehand that we had to book into reception at another hotel, we spent a long time actually looking for the apts have already passed the hotel.

High quality decor, spotless and top location 5 minutes from the cathedral

Parking is a bind but that applies to anywhere in the old centre of Seville

The location was amazing, great restaurants and shops all around. We stayed in the Apartments and they were very clean, comfortable and beautiful!

There was ongoing construction outside of our window starting at 8am sharp. Sure got us up early but it was very annoying. However, very quiet and peaceful at night.

Great lcoation deep in the old barrio section of Sevilla.

We visited in winter - one thin blanket on the bed meant we had to run the noisy heating all the time to stay warm. Functional kitchenette but equipped with very basic kitchen items

The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and very helpful. They gave suggestions on where to eat, what to do and were very willing to help orient us by marking places on the map making it much easier to navigate the neighborhood's windy and often confusing streets.
