Room was cleaned every day to a very good standard, staff were very helpful. We were given a twin room to begin with but we had asked for a double room, swapping rooms was not a problem. Also it was no problem for them to give us a wake up call and book us a taxi on the day we were leaving. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro Station and supermarket.

Our only problem was that the glasses and plates in the cupboard were not clean on arrival. Now we had no problem in cleaning them ourselves after we had used them but we think the staff should have checked that everyting was clean for our arrival.

Location. 15 minutes by metro to main points of interest, IFEMA, City Center, etc. Several restaurants, local markets, and specially the metro station just a block or two away. Very spacious room for European standards.

When plates and silverware were used, they were never cleaned by the staff.

Es muy limpio, y viene de todo para el baño, cepillos de dientes, peines, gel, champu,...Tambien hay habitaciones para fumadores y no fumadores
