The room & the hotel were nicely presented & spotlesslly clean The staff were excellent and could not be helpful The food was good & the pool excellent Lots of shops nearby but just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the town centre ensuring a relaxing break I would recomend anyone planning to stay in San Antonio to say at Aparthotel Fleming 50 - You will not be disapointed

Staff was friendly the cafe/restaurant of the hotel is good. Wi-fi works well the price was ok comparing to the rest of places (but with limitations of the location) No air-conditioning in the rooms, only in the living room. Kitchen looks old lots of light in the room in the morning Location: it is still a long long walk to the center of san antonio (and san antonio is best avoided), without car it is far away from everything

El trato del personal fue muy bueno, piscina, aire acondicionado, nevera y menaje correcto. Apartamento espacioso. Un poco elevado el precio para las calidades del apartamento.

Es un apartahotel ideal para visitar la isla (zona tranquila). Decoracion cuidada en habitaciones, que simepre es importante.instalaciones modernas y la recepcion, un 10. jimena nos atendio a nosotros y a unos amigos que vinieron unos dias a vernos de manera excepcional,siempre atenta al cliente. Cuando vuelva a la isla, reservare en fleming. Me ha gustado. Quizas deberian de estudiar un poco el tema de las cortinas del apartamento, ya que no impide en nada el paso de la luz y desde muy tempreno, resulta cegadora...por lo demas, todo muy bien.

Cortesia personale ottimo. Pargheggio auto privato. Posizione ideale per visitare isola. Consigliato sicuramente. Consiglio camere non vista piscina perche' fronte strada molto trafficata. Forse unico piccolo neo, ma sicuramente molto sopportabile.

Sin ninguna duda la atención recibida por el personal,especialmente con el de recepción-dirección Jimena y Antonio,super atentos y amables,aconsejandote en lo que quieras y con un trato respetuoso,amable y muy personal.Un diez para ellos. Le faltan algunos detalles por ejemplo : Unas cortinas opacas para poner detrás de las cortinas que tiene.

La relación calidad precio fue excelente. Unos 44€ noche habitación doble. Todo muy nuevo, no faltaba de nada. El personal el más agradable que he visto nunca en un hotel. Muy atentos a todo. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Siendo muy exigente, pondría unas cortinas que no traspase tanto la claridad o persianas.

Staff was very friendly and professional. We had a 2 bedroom apt which had a kitchen and balcony looking out the main street. Very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly as well. Only bad thing about the room was during your shower it would go either very hot or very cold.

Personeel is erg aardig, heel behulpzaam. Appartementen zijn schoon en worden iedere dag schoongemaakt. Leuk zwembad. Het is een opgeknapt hotel, verwacht niet teveel luxe. Drukke straat, ook s'nachts.

Hotel staff was very friendly, gave us good tips where to go in Ibiza. At arrival we noticed our airco wasn't working very well, they immediately fixed it and replaced the whole airco unit. The hotel is ideally located from San Antoni beach, just outside the busy center. Facilities are good, everything was clean, the restaurant offers a good basic menu.

Plenty of towels are provided and I think it is fair and environmentally friendly that they are changed every 2-3 days. For the (off-peak) price the facilities were good (though ideally a hair dryer should have been provided). The location is excellent next to shops and a very short walk from the beach.
