Perfect location, great staff. This is the place to be, look no further. Next time I visit Barca, I will definitively stay here.

Apartment was really good and spacious, some minutes walk to metro and La Rambla.

Excellent location, and very clean and nice. It was a pleasure to stay there, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. Wish we'd stayed longer.

Couldn't ask for a better location, and the price was nice (although they do stick you with the mandatory €45 cleaning fee--READ that fine print!). Check in and out was easy as well. Flat in good condition, and a couple of huge terraces as well.

That €45 cleaning deposit...it seriously costs them €45 to find someone to clean that place? It wasn't even clean at the beginning. I felt very ripped off by that.

It is just like a home and it is very value between the apartment and money i need to pay. Enough space for us to enjoy our staying and cooking. Location is excellent, only 10 mins to walk to the metro and 2 mins walk to a view point.

I am a Chinese so i think less bows to eat and pan is not big enough for us. PS: for Chinese, remember to bring chopsticks with you.

The price we paid was different to the one shown on booking.com, "limpieza" is not included and it's quite expensive! The staff don't speak English (nor Italian), you probably won't meet them except when you'll arrive and you'll have to pay the entire amount of money (not just a part of that, as shown on booking.com) and probably they will be late. ps there's no internet connection in the flat!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and would benefit from a new mattress. The towels were of poor quality and quite small. To be very picky ... nice white bed linens and towels would hugely improve the appearance and "hotel" feel.

Hotel is on a pedestrian street. There is no direct access by car/taxi (you need to carry your suitcases some 100 m from nearest street) and nearest parking is some 300 m away

We arrived round 4pm and the apartment manager arrived within 10 minutes when we called them. We first got an apartment without balcony but when we pointed that out we got a new apartment after 20 minutes of waiting. The new apartment was smaller, but brighter and quieter. It was the apartment in "the attico", top floor and we got two big terraces instead of a smaller balcony. Excellent! The manager was very nice and helpful and the apartment was great! Although they could update their utensils in the kitchen. The water heater was broken, the corkscrew was in bad condition and the kitchen knifes where a joke (slow and strange). All in all a great stay and we would recommend it anytime! Nice neighborhood with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, subway, busses just around the corner.

Great location, clean and everything worked. TV and broadband access. No noise from neighbours, felt like you were in a real spanish neighbourhood.

could do with Air conditioning.

We were shocked by these apartaments. The pictures and description of rooms on booking are not reality. When we arrived we could not enter to the apartaments. There was not even a signboard on the doors, the door was closed. After many rings for to the contact telephone numbers doors were finally opened us and admitted in a house. 30 minutes we expected while to us will open the doors of our room. And when they opened we saw that number was dirty is not cleaned. We passed remark. It was promised us to clean, but so it was not done. But for cleaning up take additional funds. There is not a conditioner inf rooms. Therefore we forced to open a balcony and windows that go out of noisy. At night it was impossible to sleep through permanent noise and screaming and sticky heat. This apartaments are terrible!!!!!!!

It's location is great close too many attractions such as shopping at La Rambla, zoo, waterfront etc.

I quite enjoyed the apartment, very comfortable, well-equipped, good location - near to the main objectives, stores, restaurants, tourist residential areas and aprox. 2 km to the Barceloneta Beach. I would strongly recommend this facility for every age, mostly for the ones who need better conditions and look always for quality.

The only thing that might disturb you, is the agitated life of the city :)

The room was really nice and clean. It had a good layout and style. The staff that I contacted by phone and met for check-in/check-out were really nice/friendly.

There is a market thats set-up early in the morning, which was right below our window, it can be noisy. If you are an early riser its not a problem or a sound sleeper but if your a light sleeper and need your sleep then it may be an issue. Earplugs may be an idea, although its not loud noises, just lots of them.

Amazing location, walking distance to most things. The Apartments were clean and tidy and modern which counts! It is very comfortable and for two people just lovely to spread out

No air conditioning. We were there in June and we had two fans going at night and during the day when we were in. Really does need airconditioning Noisy. As we had to have the fans on and the balcony doors open the street is very noisy in the mornings

The location was good.

The neighbors upstair were very noisy during the night (2:00 am till 4:00 am) but you can't have any control on that. The carpet in the living room need to be changed. The dishes was dirty. The bed in the master room need also to be changed (noisy and unconfotable). No bac to wash the dishes or no plug for the sink.

Location is very good All equipment is available

I faced is that we had to pay for obligatory end cleaning and afterwards additional money was deduced because of trash in the appartment.
