Apartaments Sant Jordi Fontanella

Muy lindo apartamento, comodo y moderno. Muy atentos a la hora de contestar mails y destaco la puntualidad para realizar el check in, de la Sra Nuria.

Una sugerencia: podrían poner elementos para el lavado de platos, papeles de cocina, etc, que son de poco costo pero es incomodo ir a realizar las compras de esos elementos si uno va por pocos días.

The Apartments are 100yds from Plaza De Catalunya from here you can use Taxis Metro and local buses to Cruise ports and Airport. The apartments are clean comfortable and spacious. A lift will take you to either to your floor or within a short flight of stairs. Nearby are local restaurants and American fast food outlets. We stayed here for one night before a Mediterranean cruise and found it an ideal location.

Due to flight delay we had to text a message saying we would be one hour late to a representative from Sant Jordi Fontanella. The Apartments do not have anyone in residence.. Unfortunately we did not receive a reply and this was a little disconcerting as their is a levy of 50 Euros if you do not inform them of delays. However, this did not occur and were met by the rep and everything ran smoothly.

Great location, basically at Paca Catalunya and La Rambla. Transport - metro and buses basically at the door step. Good restaurants, shops, supermarket literally a few steps away. Towels changed daily. Lift in building. Airport buses extremely close.

No toaster. Floors could have been cleaned more thoroughly. (But I am a clean freak). No essentials in apartment - oil, pepper, sugar - only salt.

Location was excellent 100metres from the airport and tourist bus and 50m to a large supermarket and a 20 minute ramble down to the port area. Good AC and beds. Good value for money

They need to replace items broken from previous tenants e.g missing plates and saucepan lids. A few Tea bags etc would not go astray as if one lobs into town on a Sunday no supermarkets are open.

Internet,Internet,Internet! some times very slowly ,some times out of order! Not for persons who must use it for work!

Location is Perfect - couldnt get any more central, Airport Shuttle drops you off at the corner, the area is the transport hub of the city, 15 mins walk to the beach, La Ramblas for restaurants and shopping is just on the corner, the apartment itself if spacious, bright, clean, no noise from the street, air conditioned, Big supermarket on the same street.

I was sure that 50euros deposit was taken out of my bank at the time of booking (as it says on the website) but at check in, they said this did not happen and no payments are collected by the company, and full payment is made at check in. No complaints about the apartment though - it has everything you need for a great break!

Apartment was clean, adequate for our stay in Barcelona. Well equipped with washing machine, kitchen, Tv. Location is excellent. A short walk to the airport bus which is very convenient. On the same block as major shopping centre and very close to La Rambla. We would recommend & would stay again!

Nobody disturbed us. Big enough for a family as well.We felt at home.It is in the very center of town, but quiet. Close to the sightseeing buses and all the transportation, even to the airport.

Excellent location. Two rooms apartment are very comfortable for ramily in two-three people. Central air-conditioner is very good working. Barcelona bus turistic, airbus stops and metro lines are nearby the appartment. The supermarket on the corner of the same bilding that the rooms.

Staff is located in another address. However during the shot staing in the hotel we did not need any staff assistance. The staff person met us for check-in and advance payment (arrangement was made preliminary through e-mail).

These apartments are perfect for a city visit. Very central to everything 200 meters to Catalynia Plaza where yu can pick up the airport bus for 5 .70 euros and they run every 10 minutes. Also a locker bag drop is opposiste the apartments.Make sure you do not lock your key inside the Apt as they are un manned and you will need to phone a local hotel for assistance (keep the number on you and not in the apt as we did.

Very roomy, comfortable beds, good airconditioning, pleasant ladies who did the cleaning.

No toaster, no kettle, no dishwashing liquid (should not have to buy that if you are only there for a few days), no cleaners on weekend days, internet access by phone...when travelling from other countries, people don't have local phone access so could not get internet access. Shower goes cold after a short time so with two of us we had to have showers at different times of the day.

It was close to everything. Even so, it was very quiet. The apartment was very roomy. On the whole we loved the space, loved the light and especially loved the location. Would be happy to recommend it.

The shower was hard to get in and out of. In the kitchen, no kettle, no toaster.

Very good appartment in a great location for all transport around the city and only a few minutes walk takes you into the heart of the city, when we visit Barcelona again we will try and book the same accommodation.

Everything was was OK as far as we were concerned.

We enjoyed our stay here. A great location, very close to metro, buses, etc. walking distance to Gotic quarter and la Ramblas on your doorstep! A shopping store for everything is on the same street. Overall, a great place, the noise protection was excellent, once the doors are closed it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Some basics such as dishwash liquid and salt and pepper would be really helpful. No wifi. I would check that you can connect before paying the extra money they ask for the connection.

Locaton(5mins walk to Ramblas and Passig Garcia). El Cortes downstairs. Airport shuttle 3mins walk. Fastfood nearby. Metro across street. Spacious rooms. Big TV.

Location was excelent. Surprising, that towels were changed every day. Good view out of balcony.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable. They could wash a table and floor while changing towels, but that was not a big problem, cause we were not so piggy :)

Great location. All main sites in walk distance or 3 metro stations.

Has hidden nocturnal fees. We had big problem with early check out. After we had left our room we find entrance door closed. Be carefull!!!

Spacious and very convenient.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Mould in the grout. Couldn't get hair dryer to work.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It could not have been any closer to the center. Furthermore, it was very spacious and quiet. The bedlinen and towels were clean.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself wasn't very clean. Although the bedlinen and the towels were clean (thank god), the bathroom had many undefined (well, undefined) stains around the toilet area and the toilet itself wasn't clean. The floor could have used a good scrub.

Location was excllent, and we felt secure. Loads of hot water. Shower was good

We could have used a time controlled fan as the A/C was set to 26--too hot, and no instructions as to how to change it. No kettle Microwave had no instructions--it was set to grill. We had expected maps and information on where to go etc We could not clean the place as we would have liked as there was no washing up liquid, Cif, or dishtowel
