La situación y la limpieza. Que las fotos no reflejaran fielmente el apartamento. Ademas, en la descripción figuran 2 dormitorios cuando en realidad unos de ellos es la sala de estar con sofa-cama y televisión y sin puerta. Esto, unido a que el pequeño salon-diatribuidor se reduce a una mesa con 4 sillas y una cajonera, hace que no haya una zona común funcional para los 4 huéspedes por lo que la estancia en un apartamento pequeño como este resulta menos confortable.

The advertised air conditionner was missing, so we had to keep the windows open (July is hot in Barcelona) and suffer the noise of cars, walkers and garbage trucks all night long. Sleepless night. On top of this, they charged us for scandalous cleaning fees (30€ per day - time 3 days) actually mentionned written in small lines on booking detail page. Absolute abuse from the hotel owner. The hotel finally refund half of it, which was appreciated.
