Overall it a very nice and very clean hotel. We stayed 8 nights and were very happy . The staff which speak good English are helpful and polite . To be honest , although it is rated as a 4 star hotel it is really more like a 3 star . But still it's good value for your money . The hotel is located in a quite area in Granollers , which is out side Barcelona but it only takes +/- 35 min to get to Barcelona by train which arrives every 20+/- minutes during the day. .The train station is about 5 min walk down the street . They also have free WiFi which works fine but the Internet is a bit slow but good enough for Skype , e-mails ... We stayed with our daughter in the twin room which has an extra bed . There is a thin slide door that separates the two rooms . The room has a small kitchen which has all the basic staff you need if you prefer to make your own breakfast . Dror from Israel

A wonderful hotel that served our need perfectly. Clean and spacious allowed us to enjoy our stay. Able to park the motorcycles in the enclosed garage was a bonus. Within easy walking distance to the center as well as the train station. Breakfast was the best we had had in Spain and made for a wonderful start of the day. Would stay here again.

The staff, service and rooms were absolutely brilliant. We travel with our son who is confined to a wheelchair and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay, so much so that we are just about to book for next year. Many thanks There was nothing at all to be displeased with.

Possibly one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten in a hotel. A delicious choice of food items including orchard loads of well prepared, fresh fruits. The advertised car parking facilities are very poor. There is little on- street parking, but take advantage of it if available as the hotel's underground car park is quite a distance from the hotel and does not communicate with the hotel. There is no lift, just very steep stairs - inconvenient and unsafe especially if carrying luggage.

Nous avons profité du restaurant que que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les commentaires avaient en effet attiré notre curiosité : ils sont fondés ! En particulier la salade maison... Savoureuse et le poisson (bar ou loup) cuit au four avec une sauce au jambon cru ...délicieux. Nous avons aussi profité du Spa (7 euros de supplément par personne) constitué d'un jacuzi, des douches et fauteuils relaxants chauffants, que nous étions les seuls à utiliser... Heureusement car il n'y avait plus de place. Nous avons séjourné à 3 personnes pour 85 euros, petit dej compris ( ce dernier est à 8 euros par personne ). Donc un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous y reviendrons surement. Proximité avec le centre commercial outlet La Roca. Côté hotellerie, on cherche les 4 étoiles. Pour 3, d'accord. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant pour lequel le lit d'appoint était composé d'un sommier/matelas... Posé par terre ! Côté apparthotel : aucun ustensile de cuisine. Mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Ce doit être "sur demande" ?

.Le personnel qui parlait français.Le calme dans les chambres.Le fait de pouvoir s'installer tranquillement dans les canapés de l'entrée en buvant quelque chose.Je conseil cet hotel. Sur le descriptif de l'hotel , il y a de marqué kitchenette avec frigo et micro ondes.*En faite de micro ondes ce sont des plaques électriques beaucoup moins pratique, et dans les placards il n'y avait pas de quoi faire chauffer sur les plaques J'avais emmené le necessaire pour le petit déjeuner et j'ai été obligé de demander à l'accueil une casserole et des tasses. Par contre il n'y a eu aucun problème pour les obtenir.. 2eme chose parking pas du tout pratique.

Muy buen Trato y Simpatía del personal, wifi y localización muy buen acceso. Camas individuales para un matrimonio?. Baño sucio (la iluminación con agujeros y mucho polvo). Pocos canales de TV, tienen canal plus básico sin opción a compra.Mi penitencia Barca-Madrid y no pude verlo.
