The staff was very friendly, especcially a receptionist called Rustam, he also speaks russian if you need it and he can help in any matter.

Excellent staff,very helpful and polite, they made our vacation great...subway station is near of hotel,but if you go in the center after 10pm you will have to take a taxi,which isn't cheep.

We expected to have same bathroom as it was on pictures but we had smaller one. People who are higher than 1,80 may have problem with shower...

The furniture is very old, probably bought late sixties early seventies. The walls are extremely thin. The reception staff have very poor english skills. About 10 min on the subway and then a 5-10 minute walk up a steep hill. The best thing about this place is that we found a really good tapas restaurant right next to the subway station called hidalgo, highly recommend it. I do not recommend this 1 star motel to anyone, doing so would encourage them to stay open and they should really close.

In the city apartment. Clean and well equipped. Small but comfortable. Friendly staff. Access to private parking at reasonable price.

Tight quarters (elevators, lobby and hallways).

Very comfort for a long day out. Also to some extent feels living in a local quite neighborhood.

Few markets around to buy a cock or light snacks on the way back, which closes early and in holidays.

I stayed for 10 nights while having a medical procedure. I wanted a quiet area with option to cook for myself and Aparthotel Bonanova gave me exactly that. Upon checking in, Luis at the front desk was able to rearrange me to a room on the 5th floor which has a private terrace. I loved having the outside table and lounger during my recovery. There are several markets close by for purchasing items for cooking. I made all of my meals in the small kitchenette which helped me save some money and since I was by myself it was nice to just eat outside on my terrace. The maids refreshed my room daily and even took care of any dishes needing cleaning. I loved the location being a little removed from the busy atmosphere of Barcelona's main attractions. But the Metro/bus system was convenient and easy to use and when I wanted to visit museums/sights they were just a few stops away. The reception staff were all very friendly and always helpful for any questions I had. Keep in mind that this is not "luxury" accommodation, but it was clean and comfortable and exactly what I wanted for my stay since I was not there for a vacation splurge. I would definitly stay there again.

Le petit déjeuner inclus dans l'appartement très léger et industriel.

Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute.

Chambre au rez de chaussée sans fenêtre, et on n'a pas été prévenu avant donc pas de lumière du jour du tout et lampes manquantes!!!!

Appartamento molto piccolo l'unica finestra che c'era dava su una piccola tettoia molto sporca. Il fornello erano due piastre elettriche. Ci siamo adattati ma dalla presentazione sembrava molto meglio..

Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff,comodo al collegamento con il centro città attraverso la metropolitana. Incluso nel prezzo una colazione base disponibile in un ambiente famigliare sino alle 13:00. Quartiere tranquillo,consigliato

La ubicación cerca de la zona donde queríamos ir y la cercanía a la parada de FGC para ir al centro en pocos minutos. El apartamento es sencillo pero funcional y la limpieza muy buena, de la cocina incluso.

Las almohadas son un poco bajitas pero va en gustos, y los colchones un poco duros.

una ubicacion perfecta,y todo el personal(de recepcion tanto del dia como el de la noche,los de la limpieza)todos super amables y muy agradables.

Tres bien situé, à 200 m du métro et dans une rue au calme, le top quoi vraiment très bien.

il parcheggio non è un parcheggio ! 3 di posti auto. una macchina di media grandezza ho molte difficoltà nell'uscita. una salita ripida molto stretta in retromarcia non è il massimo.

el trato del personal fue inmejorable. estancia muy tranquila sin ruidos.

viajamos con un bebe de tres meses y la parada de metro cerca del hotel carecia de ascensor o escaleras mecanicas, por lo que el transporte por la ciudad fue caotico.

Si tratta di una struttura le cui sistemazioni si configurano come miniappartamenti. Il che dà un ottimo mix di familiarità e servizio di tipo alberghiero. Per una persona che ama poi passeggiare l'albergo è relativamente vicino a piedi alle zone di maggior interesse e ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici
