Aparthotel Costa Volcán & Spa  

Located in the old town close to bars and restaurants, also within walking distance of beach, and new town bars and nightclubs without being too close to them. Apartment complex with hotel facilities games room for teenagers, internet , bar, restaurant and guests were allowed to use the hotels washing machine in the evening and there was a 24 hour reception. Staff were very polite and helpful, represents good value budget accommodation, breakfast was also included in our rate.

Apartments are a little dated and old fashoned could do with a refurbishment however this is reflected in the rate.

Close to beach, close to Old Town and New Town. Peaceful area. Apartments were fresh and clean.

No entertainment. Beds a little uncomfortable for example squeaking every time you turn. Towels old and rough. I would love if all or some holiday appartments would supply double beds and it would be a good idea if www.booking.com would state if hotels were supplying double beds after all a lot of married couples travel on hols

Staff were always immediately on hand at reception and helpful with good language abilities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good equipment for basic self catering if required; a two ring electric hob with a couple of pans and utensils, fridge, cups and glasses etc. Small balcony with table and chairs off main living room overlooking the pool with a sea view (second floor, south east facing). Spacious bathroom with shower over bath, hot water available even at peak times. Rooms cleaned well daily. Generally a very well run hotel at a competative price.

Best ratio price/what you get :) would not stay there for long as lanzarote is not so interesting, but if I have to I would choose this place

Central location at a reasonable price. Clean comfortable rooms with frequent change of towels etc. tv, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee perculator and basic cooking utensils. Sunny balcony with pleasant views.

The swimming pool is very cold and is too deep for many people. It can be noisy at times, especially as some guests arrive home in the early hours shouting & banging doors. The design seems to amplify the sound.

On appearance from the outside it looks inviting, the maids were friendly, it was close to the beach and shops

Too much night time noise, apartments are a bit tired, wall are paper thin, cooking facilities could do with updating. Far too much noise at night unless you dont mind going to bed at 1 or two in the morning. Suppose to be a spa hotel open Monday to friday, it wasnt open on friday. Hotel bar is expensive, Hotel reception staff dont acknowledge you unless you speak first and did not tell us that we had to put the key in the wall to activate the electricity. Not enough information on Booking.com, look at other brochures first. I useto be inthe travel industry and I came away for a relaxing holiday but spent all day sleeping due to the noise at night. Too much door banging, If you ask for a quiet room, make not sure if there is such a thing at this hotel as heel noise above the rooms seem to go on forever. Would I stay thre again?, no unless I was with a group of lads or a hen party. Night times were a nightmare, good for night owls!!!!

It was very convenient to all amenities, the pool was lovely and sheltered and it was very reasonably priced.

The reception area was not very inviting.

Location for the "old town" was good. Good view. Sunny aspect. Staff were nice. However one particular gent was not helpful to me and to some other guests.

Wifi not working in the rooms or in the lobby during my stay.
