Location to Guggenheim was terrific, very close. Size of apartments. Staff were friendly and lunch at the hotel was lovely!

pull out bed was not very comfortable, but it did the job for a night.

Location is great. There is off street parking which is a must if you have a car.

Kitchen equipment needs re-thinking. One wine glass for a 2 person apartment is strange.

Brand new bathroom. Excellent location, close to the guggenheim and also the old quarter. Some good bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Good value for money

Once the sofa bed was open you could not walk around the bed. Had to clamber over it.

Really enjoyed our stay. Helped to have English speaking staff. Great location

It´s in the centre of the town in the shopping district and quite close to all the sights. A spacious, a bit dark but comfortable apartment.

Everything was perfect, we had a lovely stay at Apartamentos Santiago. Staff was friendly and helpful, the two bedroom flat was very spacious and comfortable. Particularly useful when traveling with young children was the fully furnished kitchen and dining/living room, with a comfortable sofa. Kitchen and Bathroom were brand new and very well fitted.

Poor choice of carpets in the dining room (very dirty). Decoration was very British, but in the wrong sense. WiFi only available in the business centre, however cable internet was available in the room for a small extra fee (worth paying for).

Ease of access, location. Apartment was well-appointed and cleaned spotlessly each day. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. Would not hesitate to stay there again, had a great time.

Clean, modern and spacious, right in the centre of the designer shops and restaurants. Air conditioning was nice as were the English speaking receptionists who were very helpful.

We had a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc. but amazingly no kettle! The garage was very tight for our loaded estate car with bike racks and roof box, as these underground garages always are. Parking was expensive, but there didn't seem to be any options as the street parking was always full and had a 2 hour limit on the meter.

The apartment is centrally located, spacious and clean

The parking lot was full and we had to park the next street over. The furnishings are outdated and the carpeting stained.

Close to shops and restaurants. Safe car parking. Excellent facilities in the apartments. Friendly reception staff.

For a modern building it was shocking not to have Wi-Fi available.

Would prefer a snack/coffee bar available rather than a restaurant. There was no iron/ironing board in the room.

excellent family orientated location, we were able to walk everywhere, also so near airport bus.

The facility and location were good and the unit was comfortable.

A washing machine and dishwasher were provided but no detergents (even for one wash) were available, or tea towel or washing up utensils. No electric kettle and minimum crockery etc and carpet needed a good clean.

All the facilities of an apartment within walking distance of all the key sights in the city.

You can't have it all but shame there wasn't a balcony.

On arrival we were greeted by the very pleasant and professional receptionist who spoke excellent English. We were pleased to find that our request for a quiet apartment at the rear of the building had been granted and also that we were allocated a 2 bedroom apartment although we had only booked a 1 bedroom. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped and probably the quietest we have every stayed in for a city centre location. The building is extremely conveniently located - the bus from Bilbao airport stops only a few minutes' walk away, there are many bars and restaurants in the same street plus 3 supermarkets for essential supplies. Bilbao is an excellent choice for a city break being a compact, easily walkable city with a huge range of bars, cafes, restaurants and upmarket shops. We also visited San Sebastian which is only 1 hr 15 min from Bilbao by bus and a lovely place with a very scenic town beach.

The only thing that is needed to improve the apartment is a larger shower cubicle, we found it rather cramped.

Best was location. Also thought that the bed was great (extra firm and fresh linens) and bathroom very nice. The triple apartment would have been perfect for a couple alone or with 1 or 2 kids, also for 3 adults but would be more crowded. Easy bus ride to Plaza Moyua from airport made this an excellent choice.

Жили в апартаментах на троих, с двумя спальнями. Очень просторный номер, хорошо оборудованная кухня. Большой плюс - на полу ковролин, а не холодная плитка. Прекрасное расположение! В следующий раз только туда.

Wi-Fi не постоянных, хорошо ловит только в зоне гостиной, в спальнях практически нет.
