Location and condition of the apartment. Staff was very helpful.

Google map for this hotel was inaccurate. So it was difficult to find first.

This apartment was well situated in the centre of Bilbao. It had a double bedroom and a single bedroom which suited us. The kitchen was very well appointed but relatively spartan when it came to glasses/dishes/utensils - which might have made cooking meals for 3 adults a bit of a challenge. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out most of the time so didnt use the living/dining room much but it was nice to have somewhere other than a bed to sit down on. For 3 people the price was attractive compared to having to book 2 hotel rooms in such a central location.

There was no kettle - and being British we do like a cup of tea! A saucepan on the hob did the trick!

Great location. Well equipped apartments. Friendly and helpful staff.

The apartments are in the centre of Bilbao and close to many bars and restaurants and also to local/ regional buses and metro. The staff where very friendly, helpful and unimposing. The apartment is well equiped with spacious toilet/shower room, bedroom and living area. The kitchen is modern and equiped with microwave, 4-ring hob and oven - so if you want to cook in, it's good.

The only thing missing was an electric kettle and teapot - so if you love your cuppa you need to bring these items as the staff where unable to supply these.

It's central location and the ability to purchase a car space. A lift to the car for removal of baggage was appreciated too.

This was an apartment hotel but lacked simple items to easily cook. We had to ask for a key for the windows to get fresh air. All staff were helpful (although some a little less than friendly to a friend of ours who lives locally).

The apartment was great for a family stay - the size and space were excellent. The location was good - walkable to museums and parks and easy access to the bus station or metro. Lots of cafes and bars nearby as well as a local supermarket.The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful - would highly recommend this accomodation and we intend to stay again.

Had to ask for an iron or clothes horse - would have preferred to have had instant access to these items.. Also kitchen stuff like bottle openers and tea towels would have been useful.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is in a very good location, close to shops and easy walk to the Guggenheim. Good value for money, and good, secure parking.

Es ideal para familias. Mi mujer y yo dormiamos en la habitación y mis niñas en un sofa-cama en el salón comedor, además tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, imprescindible si viajas con niños. Además, muy buena situación. Una gran elección para familias.

No estaría de más tener algun servicio aunque sea mínimo de cafetería o similar para poder comprar una botella de agua o algo así.

Lo mejor su amplitud, comodidad y situación . Me hubiera gustado tener tv en el dormitorio y alguna almohada mas. Pero en general fenomenal,volveremos seguro

проводной интернет только в бизнес-холле. на самом деле - два допотопных компьютера на 2 этаже, на которых невозможно даже открыть почту. для такого апарт-отеля, на мой взгляд, неприемлемо.
